Dear High School Team,

It is an honor to be leading the most powerful and dynamic section of our school. As many of you know, I served as a High School counselor for five years; years that deeply shaped me and helped me realize that this is where the real magic happens.

I often reflect on the challenging moments we’ve faced together and how those experiences made us stronger and more united. Through it all, we built a space that is safe, joyful, and truly exceptional for our students.

As your Principal, I want you to know that this is not a one-person job....I need YOU. I need your effort, your knowledge, your leadership, your intelligence, your heart, and your passion.

I’m confident that, ten months from now, people will be talking about you—your projects, our students, and the unique, powerful energy that lives in this section and can’t quite be explained.
