All Performance Management Reviews need to be completed and submitted through Success Factors.
Set goals under the S.M.A.R.T. and EmpowerUs frameworks.
The Elementary principal will be able to review the forms of the team, modify/review them with each person, and provide follow-up during the Mid-year and End-of-the-year reviews directly on SF.

MAP TEST
MAP testing will take place on Week 4 and Week 5 according to your grade level schedule (3rd to 5th grade).
In this document, you can find the devices assigned to your class. The class schedule changes will be ready early next week.
Make sure you access the MAP Testing folder to refresh important procedures on how to set up your testing sessions correctly and proctoring guidelines. You will also find the make up session sign up sheet.
Do not forget to go over this presentation with your students and to have them do the practice test.
Encourage students to do their best! MAP testing should be taken seriously as this is an important part of the Goal-setting process for Student-Led conferences and our intervention to personalize learning.

SUMMER READING PROJECT CELEBRATIONS
Summer Reading Project Celebrations will be held on Thursday, Sept 19th and Friday, September 20th.
We will share the list of students that need to be brought to the Library by Teacher Assistants on the following schedules:
2nd Grade: Thursday, Sept 19th at 11am - 11:50am
3rd Grade: Thursday, Sept 19th 12:30pm - 1:15pm
4th & 5th Grade: Friday, Sept 20th 11am - 11:50am
Nurse Passes
Starting on Monday, students must use nurse passes to go to the nurse. Please pick these up from Clari's office.

As of Monday Sept 9th, Homeroom and Core teachers are required to take attendance twice a day.
1st: As usual, take attendance in Conduct section by 8:05am.
2nd: This can happen any time around noon. Take attendance in 2nd Attendance section.
