Easter Egg Hunt: 26 March
Easter Fun in the Pre-School
This morning, on 26 March, the Pre-School was abuzz with excitement as the Easter Bunny paid a surprise visit to our campus. In a delightful twist of events, it appears that the Easter Bunny accidentally hopped into Mrs. Robertson’s pink powder paint, which had been left open by Mrs. Kelland. The result was a trail of bunny paw prints, strategically placed along the paths leading to the Bees, Shongololos, Fireflies, Frogs, and Chameleons' classrooms, and even on the Jungle Gym!
The unexpected visit sparked curiosity and enthusiasm throughout the entire Junior Primary. Many Grade 1 and Grade 2 detectives were seen eagerly following the paw-print trail, trying to determine their origin and locate the hidden Easter eggs. Their investigative spirit brought the day's magic to life.
The festivities culminated in an Easter Egg Hunt in the Headmaster's garden hosted by Mrs. Brown for our Bees, Shongololos and Fireflies. Mrs. Brown was astounded by the children’s hunting skills and ability to find so many Easter eggs. The rest of the time was spent enjoying an Easter picnic, playing with treasures found in the Headmaster’s garden and listening to stories read to the children by Mrs. Brown and the Pre-School Teachers. The big Grade 0 Frogs and Chameleon children also went on an Easter egg hunt at Top Woods and once they had found Easter egg treats they enjoyed playing on the ‘Big Children’s Adventure Playground!’ Oh what fun they had!
This event not only provided a fun and memorable experience but also embodied our commitment to championing childhood through the freedom to explore and discover. We are proud to offer such enriching experiences that spark joy and curiosity in our little champs.
