Someday

Acrylic paint on canvas and print on photographic paper, 20 x 18 inches

We are looking forward, we are looking out, and we are also constantly looking down. We are a few steps away from opening the glass door that we have been looking through for so long. What and where that door will lead us to are the factors we want to experience so badly. We are friends, we are close, and maybe we are a family. But, we are going to drift apart to the future we will build ourselves. I was inspired by this thought and Henri Matisse’s use of diverse colors to represent infinity, just as it represents our hope and future.
