HOME ECONOMICS

In Middle School, Home Economics is taught in the areas of Food Technology and Textiles Technology. Students are introduced to valuable life skills through participation in these courses. The general aim in both disciplines is to establish a solid foundation of basic skills to build upon as the student progresses throughout Middle School and into Senior School. A variety of opportunities will be given to investigate, design, produce and evaluate their food or textile related projects.
