REQUESTS DUE ON JULY 1, 2026
IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL CHANGES FOR 2026
Trailer servicing is now centralized in the Business Services Dashboard.
When you create your request, you must add a "Service Assignment" for each timeframe you require servicing (Pre-Event, Event-Time, and Post-Event). Don't worry though, we've created thorough "How To Guides" which can be found below.
Tiered Pricing: We now provide cost estimates. Note: Pre-Event and Post-Event assignments carry a higher service rate than standard Event-Time service.
Required Approval: Every request now requires a digital sign-off from your Budget Manager to proceed.
DPW SIte Services has relocated. We are no longer operating out of Office Box B187. You can now find us at our new home: BSHQ Office Trailer #4521.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’m not sure of my exact trailer location yet. Can I still submit?
Yes! We encourage you to enter your best guess now so we can gauge overall demand for the season. You can refine your location, trailer and occupant details later as your plans are finalized.
Is servicing available for trailers located in theme camps or private areas?
To maintain operational efficiency, servicing is only provided within designated department camps. You can find a complete list of serviceable locations in the dropdown menu on the trailer servicing request form.
Do I need to submit a separate request for Pre-Event and Post-Event service?
No. You should create one main request per trailer and then add individual Service Assignments for each timeframe (Pre-Event, Event-Time, and Post-Event) within that same record. This keeps your entire service schedule in one place for your manager to approve. Still not sure, reach out to us, we're here to help!
My request is submitted, but it still show's "Pending Approval". Why?
In a shift for 2026, all requests must be reviewed and approved by your Budget Manager before they are finalized. We recommend reaching out to your manager to ensure they have seen the notification.
