Your Gate and Box Office Liaison is the person we’ll contact to help resolve any entry-related problems that your people may encounter (tickets, vehicle passes, credentials, Set-Up Access Passes (SAP), vehicle release paperwork, etc). Ideally this person has an authorizer level account in the TRS to be able to enter ticket requests. This is also the person contacted to meet any deliveries and/or who will be contacted to provide information about deliveries for your team.
Please indicate your non-reachable hours in the form below, during which time we WILL NOT contact you. Please know that the person WILL HAVE TO WAIT outside the Gate during these hours.

What happens if the liaison is not available when the contact is attempted?
The person who is at Gate or Box Office WILL HAVE TO WAIT outside of the gate until the liason or back up liason can be reached.
What types of issues will the liaison be contacted for?
The liaison will be contacted if the staff member/volunteer working for your department does not have all the proper credentials to enter the Gate. This could be issues with thier ticket, staff credential, vehicle pass, mutant vehicle pass, Set-Up Access Pass, or other paperwork required by GPE to enter the event site.
Why does the liaison need to have a TRS authorizer level account?
Having authorizer level access in the TRS speeds up the process for the person stuck at Gate and minimizes the number of people who need to be contacted to solve the issue.
Your departments liasion is your choice! There are no approvals necessary for this information.
