This Order Form should be filled out for EACH different order that you need. In other words, it does not have to be 1 order per department - but a separate order form if any of the required information needs to be different.
For example, Rangers might have 3 different orders - 1) a dozen radios for 5-month Term 2) Radios that are 1-Month with Ranger Programming 3) Radios that are 1-Month with Super Special Programming

YOU are required to be a member of the Radio Liaison List group to access the form and make sure you get information about radios: link here
Please review orders already placed by members of your department to ensure that you don't duplicate your efforts, and therefore duplicate your radios. Our job is to order radios that are requested. Your job is communicate with your teammates about who is placing the order(s).
DEADLINE is June 1st for all BRC-related orders. Email radios@burningman.org for any help.
SPECIAL NOTE - Each portable radio comes with a battery, battery clip, and antenna. You must return each portable radio with a battery, battery clip, and antenna. This is important as some staff might take the battery clip off to fit the radio in a holster, which is a great way to carry a radio - just don't lose the battery clip
