2026 Housing Requests (BMTs, LBs, LCs, ACs, Shiftpods & Kodiak Tents)
Hello Team,
It’s time to lock in your housing for the 2026 season! To keep things streamlined, please note that we have introduced two separate request tabs this year:
Pre-Event & Event Only
Post-Event Only ( We will walk you through that on your call )
📝 Instructions for Your 2026 Pre- Event and Event Tab:
Check the Headers: Please read all column headers carefully—they are designed to be self-explanatory.
Required Details: We require the Legal First & Last Name, Handle, and Role for every individual.
Review & Update: Your 2026 tab has been pre-filled with 2025 roles where available. Please refer to the 2025 Tab to verify allocations & Roles and ensure all information is accurate.
Assign Roles: Some entries currently only have handles. It is vital that you add a Role for every person, even if the position hasn't been officially hired yet.
Personal Housing: Please include any team or crew members who are bringing their own personal housing setups (this helps with the power grid setup).

Once you have submitted your requests, please schedule a meeting with us to review your needs and address any specific questions. We Have dates starting on March 16 through March 27
