NEW for 2026:

• No longer using Marcato

  • BMIDs, pogs, and pandas will be requested in Eventree

• No photos on BMIDs

• Training will be required  to request BMIDs, pogs, and pandas this year

2026 BMID Deadlines

• Wednesday, June 3: Early Bird deadline. Requests submitted by this date have an excellent chance of being ready for pick up at the BMID office when it opens on August 13.

• Wednesday, July 1: Standard deadline. BMIDs submitted by this date should be ready by Monday of Build Week.  Pog and Panda request are also due on this day.

BMID Trainings

You only need to attend one session of each type, they cover the same topics

Pog and Panda Trainings

BMID Distribution

• Your manager will distribute BMIDs to your team

• Individual BMIDs are not available for pick up at the BMID office

• Managers can pick them up at the BMID office at BRC and hand them out to their team

The BMID Office is located outside the Commissary (OC02)

• Open August 13 - September 2, 2026

• Open every day, 11 am - 2 pm (new days and hours) 

Commissary opens Aug 13, 2026

• If you have staff who need BMIDs before our office opens Aug. 13, please reach out

• Managers can delegate someone to pick up their team's BMIDs by notifying us:
