REQUESTS DUE BY JUNE 15, 2026
We see them and drive around them every day - the orange cones and delineators that direct us in traffic. We take them for granted - are mildly annoyed by them. But the noble orange cone is the right tool for the job when you need it. Please put in the requests for cones/delineators that you need for the civic responsibilities your department has within BRC. And as always, please be mindful of the valuable resource they are and the cost they represent.
Cones and Delineators are a limited resource! Please be mindful when planning for efficient usage.
Resource users must check in with Roadworks team when recieving and returning cones and delinators
BY SUBMITTING MATERIALS REQUEST I AGREE TO SORT ALL MATERIALS TO BE RETURNED ARRANGED AS FOUND
PICK UP DATES and RETURN DATES REQUIRED
Instructions: Please fill out the linked forms for the Roadworks asset you require for the civic responsibility of your project.
Orange Cones - If you are requesting a LOT of cones it may need to be a budget conversation. There are lot in the trailer, but it's not a cornucopia and everyone is pulling from that supply. Please note that reflective cones are considerably more expensive than regular - something to keep in mind when making your requests
Delineators - keep in mind that these assets are considerably more expensive than orange cones - please use the asset that works best for your situation
Please keep in mind that these assets are a shared civic resource. Please show care and respect when receiving them as well as keeping them separated (reflective from non-reflective) when returning. The Roadworks crew is small and mighty but needs your help keeping things organized and tidy.

FAQ
When I return orange cones, do I need to seperate the reflective from the non-refletive?
YES! That would be extremely helpful, saving hundreds of hours in post-event production
