Event Resource Requests

Here you will find access to the resource request mechanisms you will need for the 2026 event season. Click on each resource below and follow the instructions closely to properly order/allocate your resources.

DPW Resource Meetings in 2026 are ONLY REQUIRED FOR Art, ESD, Gate, Rangers, and Tech.

Other teams should complete their entries by the due date listed on the Keyhole or on the Marcato Splash Page; email dpw-resource-requests@burningman.org with any questions.
Resource approvals can be verified as instructed on the page for each assets request.
DPW open office hours will be held to answer questions about DPW-fulfilled requests.
