IMPORTANT OPERATIONAL CHANGES FOR 2026
Fuel Equipment and Service requests are now centralized in the DPW Utilities Dashboard.
All requestors and budget managers will need to sign up for an account in order to access this system.
Please allow 24 hours on business days for account approval.
If you're planning to work over a weekend request your account ahead of time!
Required Approval: Every request now requires a digital sign-off from your Budget Manager to proceed.
Approvals will be visible in your dashboard.
Here you will be requesting specialty fueling services and fuel equipment. This includes the following:
Fuel tanks and fuel drums for specific department use
Fuel pumps and accessories / containment units
Reefers for Commissary / Fluffers / Arctica (it is helpful for us to have the dates and location where your reefers will land ahead of time)
Fueling of equipment not rented by BMP but used for infrastructure purposes such as specialty reefers (Budget manager approval will be required)
Propane delivery requests
Specialty fuels such as kerosene
This does NOT include:
Generators on the BRC infrastructure power grid
Heavy equipment rented by BMP
Ongoing vehicle fueling (fleet or department rental)
Ongoing or One-time fueling of personal vehicles employed in department use (a Budget Manager's Fuel Slip will be available before the event for this)

How do I get my fuel tanks placed?
Once you're on playa and ready to survey for your fuel tanks, call out for "Fuel" on FUEL radio channel. The site will be assessed and tanks will be delivered when the vendor arrives on the pre-scheduled date.
Can I adjust my service intervals?
Yes. Call for "Fuel" on FUEL radio channel if the pre-scheduled frequency of deliveries is not meeting your needs.
