The Bathurst Diocesan Secondary School Tennis Teams Competition was held in Orange at the Orange Ex - Services Tennis Courts on Friday 6th May. Students from 6 schools in the Diocese enjoyed the sunny conditions and produced some good tennis throughout the Round Robin competition.

In the Girls Competition MacKillop, Bathurst proved to be too strong and cruised to a deserved victory. In the Boys competition St Johns, Dubbo also had a decisive victory. Both teams will progress to the NSWCCC Teams Championships to be played in Bathurst on Monday, 30th May.

Thanks to all teachers and parents for their support on the day and congratulations to all competitors who demonstrated good sportsmanship throughout the competition.

Congratulations to Jo Kingham for organising and running a fantastic day of tennis in Orange on Friday, 30th April at the Ex Servies Tennis Courts. Teams competed from St John's Dubbo, James Sheahan Orange, Red Bend College Forbes and Mackillop College Bathurst.

The tennis and sportsmanship was of a very high standard.

Congratulations to Red Bend College (Boys) and MacKillop College Bathurst (Girls) who one the tournament and will now compete in Bathurst on Monday 31st May. We wish you all the best of luck.
