Bathurst Diocesan Swimming Carnival

Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre
Monday, 10th March 2025:
The day will commence at 9.00 am at the Dubbo Aquatic Leisure Centre, Talbragar Street. It is estimated to conclude at 3.00 pm. There is a car park located at the front of the pool for access. Buses may park at the rear or the pool complex.
AGE DIVISIONS:
The age divisions will be kept in line with the current All Schools and Sports Australia guidelines:
Juniors 12, 13 and 14 Years
Intermediate 15 and 16 Years
Senior 17 Years +
Schools select students to compete at this carnival.
- Schools may have 2 students participate in the 50m Freestyle, Breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. Age divisions: 12/13 Years, 14 Years, 15 Years, 16 Years and 17+ Years
- Schools may have 1 student participate in the 100m Freestyle, Breaststroke, backstroke and butterfly. Age divisions: 12/13 Years, 14 Years, 15 Years, 16 Years and 17+ Years
- Schools may have 1 student participate in all other events. Age Divisions Junior, Intermediate and Senior.
Multi Class Events:
The CCC Carnival will again hold multi class events. At a Diocesan level we will be including all events in the 2024 program. Please contact Steve Maguire before the event to ensure Multiclass Swimmers are classified, Multiclass swimmers must show proof of their classification before competing. This will also need to be presented at the NSWCCC Swimming Carnival at Homebush.
COST:
The cost of the day will be $10 per student. All students are to register and pay the $10 levy through the CSNSW Sport website.
This does not include entry to the pool.
CANTEEN:
There will be canteen facilities available for students and access will be allowed throughout the day.
The carnival will only be postponed in the case of storm. (lightning).
