Pathways sport was back on in Dubbo last week. A big thank you to our convenors Kylie Statham, Anne Bunn, Jennene Carpenter, Jo Clarke, Monique Donoghue, Claire Hargreaves, Adam Foley. We also appreciated the help of the supervising teachers. Thank you to St Mary's Dubbo Canteen staff for the beautiful lunches. It was great to have pathways sports back on! Thank you to the parents who were on the whole very understanding of the no spectator rule. It was great to see the kids playing sport.
Students trialed for positions in Diocesan teams at the Polding Trials in Softball , Touch, Basketball and Tennis. All staff present commented on the excellent behaviour and skills of the students at the trials. We welcomed students and staff from Wilcania Forbes at the Tennis and Basketball.
The storms loomed however all trials were completed by 2.30pm and we beat the rain! All venues were fantastic. We look forward to the Diocesan Cricket trials which will be held in Dubbo on Friday 26th March 2021.
