Teams from MacKillop, Sheahan, St John's, Red Bend & Wellington competed in the Bathurst section of the CCC Open Knockout Football Competition at Brabham Park Orange on the 16th June. Rain threatened but the early games were played in beautiful sunny conditions. Rain did effect one of the games but the final game was once again played in great conditions.

Thank you to Eric Morris for organising and running such a great. Thank you also to all the referees, linesman and teachers who organised their schools and coached on the day.

There were some fantastic games of football played in great spirit.
