CCCC Cross Country Report - Eastern Creek - 2022
CCC Cross Country:
On Tuesday, 7th June Bathurst Diocese had 60 Secondary students competing in the CCC Cross Country at Eastern Creek Motor Park Sydney.
All students performed well. Thank you to their families for taking them down to the event and supporting them. Thank you to Kylie Jordan (James Sheahan, Orange) and Wes Gibson (James Sheahan, Orange) the Team Managers who did a wonderful job.
Special mention to the Penman Family who have 5 children running today Amity and Jarvis at St Pius, Dubbo. Logan, Mia and Ella are at St John’s college Dubbo. What amazing effort.
Congratulations to all Bathurst athletes that participated.

Southern Country Football - 2022
Southern Country Football Teams:
Congratulations to the Bathurst students who have been selected in the Inaugural Southern Country Football (soccer)Teams. We had a great trial on Tuesday 5th April at Proctor Park Bathurst. Thank You to Martin Felice (James Sheahan) and Barry Neaverson-Smith (St Matthews Mudgee) for refereeing and the 4 students from James Sheahan who ran the lines. This is the first year students from Canberra Goulburn / Wagga Wagga / Bathurst have been chosen to represent Southern Country at the CCC Football Championships. We wish them the best of luck.

CCCC Cricket Report - 2022
Congratulations To Callee Black (MacKillop College Bathurst) and Mikey McNamara (St Raphael's Cowra) for making the CCC Cricket teams. This is an outstanding achievement. Callee also made the State Team to play in the All Schools Championship and Mikey has been named as a shadow player.
CCCC Swimming Report - Homebush - 2022
Congratulations to all our swimmers who swam at the CCC Swimming Championships on Wednesday 6th April. A huge thank you to the team Managers: Dave McAlister (St John's Dubbo), Gina Whelan (Mackillop Bathurst) and Luke Nobes (James Sheahan Orange) for looking after and organising our team. There was a problem with the formula for the multi class events.students will be informed ASAP who will represent CCC after the problem is fixed.

CCC Cross Country - 2021
The CCC Cross Country was held at Eastern Creek on Tuesday 8th June. Bathurst was well represented by over 65 competitors. There were some outstanding performances on a very difficult course. Many competitors talked about the step up in competition from our Diocesan event at Orange.
Thank you to our Team Managers Michelle Whiteley and Wes Gibson for all they did to organise our athletes. Thank you also to the parents and grandparents who transported the children and supported them on the day.
Congratulations to all our competitors who did their best on the day.

CCC Swimming Report - Homebush - 2021
Congratulations to the 55 secondary students who represented the Bathurst Diocese at The CCC Swimming Carnival at Homebush on Monday 29th March. It was a great day and our diocese performed extremely well. The organisation was outstanding and there was no doubt many of tomorrows swimming stars were on show.
Thank you to our team managers Dave McAlister, Gina Whelan and Luke Nobes for doing an outstanding job supporting our students. Thank you to all the parents for transporting and supporting the students.

CCC Touch Report - Nelson's Bay - 2021
The Bathurst Diocese was well represented by 47 secondary touch players from all of the schools in our Diocese at CCC Touch Championships in Nelson's Bay on Wednesday 31st March.
The bulk of the teams travelled to Nelsons Bay on the coach and stayed together as a team at accommodation at Fingal Bay. They were fantastic ambassadors for their school, diocese and a credit to their parents. The manners, respect and sportsmanship they displayed was outstanding and they were a pleasure to take away.
Thank you to Sue Dean, Kylie Jordan, Madie Easman & Caleb Hanrahan for their time, effort and expertise as Team Managers.
All teams did extremely well. 15 Girls were beaten in the semi Final and the 15 Boys were beaten in the Grand Final.
Three students were picked in the CCC Teams:
Jack Dean, Demi Owens & Mya Simmons. Congratulations to these students it is an outstanding achievement.
CCC Football Championships - 2021
The CCC Football Championships were held on Tuesday 25th & Wednesday 26th May at Valentine Park Sydney. It was an early start for our teams as the bus left Dubbo at 4.30am Tuesday morning. The competition was held in very warm conditions.
Thank you to our Team Managers Greg Pell & Eric Morris (boys) and Matt Knight & Stephanie Floyd (girls). The students behaviour was excellent and they were great ambassadors for our Diocese.
The standard of football was of an extremely high standard. Our teams performed to the best of their ability and pushed many of the talented teams they played.
Congratulations to Cushla Rue (MacKillop College Bathurst) who was selected in the CCC Team.
