Arts Week - ART!

This week and next week are Arts Weeks. Our focus for these two weeks are the Mississippi River and artist Terrance Osborne.

I have given you links below to look at some of Terrance Osborne's work, note the extremely bright and vibrant colours, they almost pop out of the page! The pictures are very exciting an vivid with lots of stuff going on.

https://terranceosborne.com/

I have also linked a BBC documentary about the Mississippi River, you do not need to watch all of it, just 5-10 minutes should give you a good idea of what the river is like. If you do not have a TV license then you can look at the Mississippi river facts link instead.

Your Task

Once you've had a look at both these links we'd like you to create a picture of the Mississippi River. If you can we'd love you to try and do this in the style of Terrance Osborne so bright, vivid colours popping all over the place.

You could use paint, colouring pencils, felt tips, collage, anything you have really just make sure you send it to us on Class dojo so we can see your amazing work!
