Therefore, it would be beneficial for an engineering organization to build an effective system of communication for facilitating job performance and promoting satisfaction between employees and clients.

Effective communication significantly affects all the functions of management. It is said that communication serves as a building block of successful organizations. It promotes motivation by informing and clarifying the employees about their assigned tasks, and how to improve their performance. Generally, it helps in socializing, for it fosters the relationships between engineer managers and their subordinates. As engineering students, it is necessary for us to discern the functions of communication as well as its process. It would be beneficial for us to impart the important skills in communicating because managers should have managerial proficiency in delivering and transmitting messages.
