At the end of the course, the student must be able to apply the basic surveying concepts, principles and theories on distance, angular measurements, area computation, and determining horizontal and vertical distances using stadia. The students are also expected to solve distances and elevations, calculating earthworks and be able to use different surveying equipments.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the students were not able to conduct and experience on-site surveys throughout the course period. Instead, the subject course focused on individual tasks by solving problem sets after modular discussions and conducting individual fieldwork exercises to be presented through organized field reports.
Apply the basic surveying concepts, principles and theories on distance, angular measurements and area computation.
