The Curation team prioritizes processing and digitization projects using several methods.
The Processing and Digitization Priorities Committee consists of several Curation team members who review internal processing and digitization requests submitted via an online form (internal link). Any Bentley staff member can use this form to request the processing of accessioned material or the digitization of processed material.
The committee collectively decides the order in which collections can be processed and/or digitized, based on a variety of factors.
For more information about current processing and digitization projects, consult the Curation Processing and Digitization Priorities board (internal link).
The Curation team uses a scoring model to prioritize processing of non-requested projects.
