Phantom Tollbooth play was a success!!!! It was a fantastic adaptation of the book. After the play, we came back and had a picnic lunch in the classroom as well as a great discussion session. We discussed the story structure of the play as well as the main conflict of the play. Our final discussion topic revolved around perspective, our unit theme. We really discussed how Milo’s perspective changed throughout the book based on his experiences. Thank you to Mr. Sokol, Mrs. Tyree, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Vitaro, and Mrs. Orge for joining us and taking such good care of the students.
