1. Resignation procedure
① Receive a declaration to resign from an employee
Confirm the desired resignation date from the staff and set the date in the schedule which both agreed.
We request at least 2 weeks to notice resignation to management on our employee handbook
② Apply for resignation
Create " change in relationship"-Link
Receive sign on the bottom of the form
③Report to Human Resources department
Let Human Resources department knows
-Employee name
-resignation date
In Terms of CA state law, employer must pay last payment within 72 hours of resignation
④Last day of work
Exit interview to the employee and report to Human Resources department
-Reason of resignation
-How was the work environment
-Opinion/ advice to make 2nd STREET better
Return loaned items
-Employee handbook
-Name tag
-Locker key
⑤Report to HR
As soon as last day of work, report to Human Resources department
-Exit interview answers
-Date of last work
-Work hour after last pay period
-Payment method for last paycheck( Direct deposit, check or cash)
