Your appearance at work should always reflect the highest standards of professionalism. You should always be well groomed, and your attire should be appropriate to your position. Let common sense and good taste be your guides. You can contribute personally to our clients’ confidence in the Company through your adherence to this policy.

Every work day (Monday through Friday), business casual attire is acceptable at 2nd Street USA, Inc. unless specified otherwise. In addition, Staff may be required to wear formal business attire when meeting clients, or as needed or requested.

The following are some guidelines for business casual and casual attire:

Hair Style -Clean and groomed

Beard Mustache-Neat and clean/ well groomed

Fingernails-Clean and trimmed (1 inch long or less)

Hygiene-Well maintained. (Check Mirror Prior to Work)

No Swimwear

No Sunglasses

No Odor of Cigarette

Always wear your name tag

Straight

Visible

Not to have any writing or stickers on your name tag

In some cases, Staff may need to make exceptions to the guidelines outlined above if it is necessary for them to wear different types of clothes to accommodate business needs. Management has the right to determine the situations in which these exceptions are necessary.

If you are considering wearing something and you are not sure if it is acceptable, choose something else or inquire first. This means clean, neat, professional clothing. It is never appropriate to wear stained, wrinkled, frayed, ripped, or revealing clothing to the workplace.
