【Shoplift】
① Talk to the suspicious customer
· In order to check the reason why the security gate rang, tell the customer nicely to return to the store
② Ask the customer whether they have something that reacts to the security gate
※ Products with security sensors from other stores / Cell phone / Calculator / Umbrella etc.
③ Have them retrieve the applicable items and let them pass through the security gate once more
· Have the thing that corresponds to the customer be placed in a place where the counter is easy to see
※ Do not touch the customer's belongings
④ Responding to results
<When the item of the store is not found>
Apologize and thanking for cooperation and expressing gratitude carefully to the customer.
<If admitting theft>
Do not touch the items that the shoplifter had directly but ask to put it/them on the counter and call the police. Depending on the situation, take the shoplifter to another place (In that case, two staff is there as much as possible.)
<If the shoplifter escapes>
Do not chasing, make a note of the shoplifter's figure / escape route / car license plate number and report them to the police.
