1. Orientation overview
Importance of orientation is disseminate of policy, adaptation / guidance to new employee.
The new employee who received job offer letter feel happy and at the same time has two fact of anxiety until the first working day.
The first one is "anxiety about work"
The second one is "Anxiety about whether he/she can suit other employees."
It is important to make new employee think that "He/she is welcomed from this store" and motivates to come to work next time.
The new employee has anxiety, what we have to do is to remove anxiety as soon as possible.
If newly hired employee are working without "Orientation", it will cause early termination.

· Eliminate anxiety about work
· Start work after understanding basic company policy,duties and compliance

(4) Method / Description
·Self-introduction
· Introduction of employee on duty
· Fill in necessary forms for entry procedure
· Pass the loan and explain the purpose of use
· Explanation with a poli file items with an employee orientation slide

· In addition to employee orientation slides, explain things that should be add independently by the store
· Show around Store/ emergency exit/ bathroom/ break room rule
(5) Point
· Have 5 minutes break when an hour passes to make him/ her relax
· Do not try to teach a lot of things at the same time
· Orientation checklist that matches the circumstances of your store is created and used
· Be friendly

3. Follow-up · Orientation
(1) Purpose
Discuss the things that could not be explained by the initial orientation and discuss the concerns / difference / question on actual work to work proactively on the job.
(2) Implementation Period
It will be scheduled when the employee get used to stores a bit.

(3) Method / Description
· Review of Staff Handbook / Confirmation of understanding Item
· Communication of what management expect the employee
· Listen to the impression / opinions of the store
· Listen to anxiety / gap / trouble of actually working

· Implement for all employees
· Depending on the employee, manager may do it multiple times
