1. What's "Cleanliness"
Cleanliness is keeping the space always beautiful and clean.
If there are difference in the goal of cleanliness, it'll make a bad impression for customers and will lose trust/confidence from them. Observe cleanliness thoroughly as a basic standard to greet customers.
2. 5 standards of cleanliness
Cleanliness is not only about cleaning. "Neatness/Organization/Clean up/Cleanliness/Training"are the 5 elements of cleanliness which we call "NOCCT". "NOCCT" is the beginning of all of the work and will reduce us the precious time. Cleanliness with "NOCCT" is one of the most important actions maintain efficient environment for work.
3. Getting into habit
The base to make "adjustment/proper arrangement/cleaning/cleanness" into habit is "training".
Try cleaning whenever someone realize is not enough to come off with cleanliness. To maintain the clean environment is very important to do it in proper way, in appointed time, and whoever is in charge.
Also, every staff must understand the rules and ways to work on and check around regularly to improve the quality of cleanliness.

- Understand the ways, steps and tools
- Set up the number of times and person in charge for each cleaning section
- Check if it's done or not by using a checklist.
- Organize all equipments, items, or tools at the fixed place in correct amount.
(Decide the place for putting items and notice every staff about it)
In order to continue by training, it's important to struggle aggressively and revive unusual situation as a daily action.
