All STAFF members are eligible for the following discount when STAFF purchase merchandise or sell items at the 2nd Street USA Inc.’s retail store.

When you purchase item(s): 10% OFF
When you sell item(s): 20% Premium
Details
Regardless of the use of the STAFF discount, all purchase or selling by STAFF of 2nd Street USA Inc. must be handled/ processed by either the store manager or the assistant store manager.
To apply STAFF discount rate, STAFF is required to be present and to show the store manager or the assistant store manager his/ her name card at the counter.
STAFF may make purchase or selling before and after the scheduled shift or on break time, but not during the scheduled work shift.
STAFF is prohibited to hold the merchandise at the counter, in the backroom or any other places for his/ her own purchase.
STAFF discount applies in store purchase or selling only, not for online transaction.
STAFF discount is intended to offer benefit to STAFF in purchasing/ selling item with special rate for STAFF himself/ herself, friends or family members. Reselling or trading merchandise with the intent of making a profit or personal financial gain (e.g., selling items on eBay or other similar websites right after the purchase) is not allowed.
Violation of STAFF discount policy/ procedures may be subject to a disciplinary action including termination of employment. STAFF must report known or suspected violation committed by other STAFF members to the Management immediately.
