We are to repeat and prophesy again "their word"

"As fundamental errors, we might class with this counterfeit sabbath other errors which Protestants have brought away from the Catholic church, such as sprinkling for baptism, the trinity, the consciousness of the dead and eternal life in misery. The mass who have held these fundamental errors, have doubtless done it ignorantly; but can it be supposed that the church of Christ will carry along with her these errors till the judgment scenes burst upon the world? We think not. “Here are they [in the period of a message given just before the Son of man takes his place upon the white cloud, Rev. 14:14] that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” This class, who live just prior to the second advent, will not be keeping the traditions of men, neither will they be holding fundamental errors relative to the plan of salvation through Jesus Christ. And as the true light shines out upon these subjects, and is rejected by the mass, then condemnation will come upon them. When the true Sabbath is set before men, and the claims of the fourth commandment are urged upon them, and they reject this holy institution of the God of heaven, and choose in its place an institution of the beast, it can then be said, in the fullest sense, that such worship the beast. The warning message of the third angel is given in reference to that period, when the mark of the beast will be received, instead of the seal of the living God. “Here we might mention the Trinity, which does away the personality of God, and of his Son Jesus Christ, and of sprinkling or pouring instead of being “buried with Christ in baptism,” “planted in the likeness of his death:” but we pass from these fablesto notice one that is held sacred by nearly all professed Christians, both Catholic and Protestant. “We have not as much sympathy with Unitarians that deny the divinity of Christ, as with Trinitarians who hold that the Son is the eternal Father, and talk so mistily about the three-one God. “We invite all to compare the testimonies of the Holy Spirit through Mrs. W., with the word of God. And in this we do not invite you to compare them with your creed. That is quite another thing. The trinitarian may compare them with his creed, and because they do not agree with it, condemn them. The observer of Sunday, or the man who holds eternal torment an important truth, and the minister that sprinkles infants, may each condemn the testimonies’ of Mrs. W. because they do not agree with their peculiar views. And a hundred more, each holding different views, may come to the same conclusion. But their genuineness can never be tested in this way.” { James White RH June 13, 1871}

“He (James S. White) received a commendation that few others have attained. God has permitted the precious light of truth to shine upon His word and illuminate the mind of my husband. He may reflect the rays of light from the presence of Jesus upon others by his preaching and writing”E. G. White, Testimonies for the Church Volume 3, p. 502.

“Many of the pioneers, who shared with us these trials and victories, remained true till the close of life, and have fallen asleep in Jesus. Among these is the faithful warrior who for thirty-six years stood by my side in the battle for truth. God used him [Ellen White's husband, James Springer White] as a teacher and leader to stand in the front ranks during the severe struggles of those early days of the message; but he has fallen at his post, and, with others who have died in the faith, he awaits the coming of the Lifegiver, who will call him from his gloomy prison-house to a glorious immortality.” {RH, November 20, 1883 par. 6}

We must REHEARSE ("Prophesy Again" Revelation 10:11) and point our people to the "OLD LANDMARKS" and believe on "THEIR WORD" (2SM111.2), the WORDS of the early SDA Protestant pioneers! We must repeat the BOOKS, ARTICLES, SERMONS and TRACTS of the TESTIMONY of the early SDA PROTESTANT early SDA pioneers who were KEEN, NOBLE AND TRUE!

"MANY are going directly CONTRARY TO the LIGHT which God has given to His people, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT READ the books which contain the light and knowledge in cautions, reproofs, and warnings...” {4T 391.1}

“We are to REPEAT THE WORDS of the pioneers in our work, who knew what it cost to search for the truth as for hidden treasure, and who labored to lay the foundation of our work. The word given me is, Let that which these men have written in the past be reproduced”—Ellen White, Review and Herald, May 25, 1905.

The experience of William Miller and his associates, of Captain Joseph Bates, and of other pioneers in the advent message, should be kept before our people. (Letter 105, 1903).

"When you find men questioning the testimonies [keen, noble and true early SDA Protestant pioneers books, articles, sermons and tracts], finding fault with them, and seeking to draw away the people from their influence, be assured that God is not at work through them. Through His Holy Spirit the voice of God has come to us continually in warning and instruction, to confirm the faith of the believers in the Spirit of prophecy. We are supposed to be AWAKE and WATCH one hour! This one hour is 15 days. Watch with Me...could you not [be awake] one hour?' Matt 26:38-41.

There are 24 hours in a day, so half an hour would be 1/48 of a day. There are 360 days in a Biblical year and thus 24 hours/1 day = 360 days/1 year. Thus 1 hour = 15 days (360 ÷ 24), --- and ½ hour = 7½ days (15 ÷ 2).

WE KNOW when this is if we are studying brother! We are NOT in darkness if we BELIEVE on THEIR WORD - the word of the 144,000 who have passed on before us... "Let us strive with all the power that God has given us to be among the hundred and forty-for thousand." 7BC 970. If a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully. Section 1 provides that- *'If any person shall DENY THE TRINITY,* he shall, for the first offense, be bored through the tongue, and fined twenty pounds; ... and for the second offense, the offender being thereof convict as aforesaid, shall be stigmatized by burning on the forehead with the letter B, and fined forty pounds; and for the third offense, the offender being thereof convict as aforesaid, shall suffer death, without the benefit of the clergy.' This statement “the 144,000 won't ever see death” is a mis-statement and taken out of the original context, as Loughborough explains below.

According to Revelation 14, this chapter deals with 2 groups of people in the end:

1. Those who receive the Seal of God;

2. And those that receive the mark of the Beast.

Those who receive the seal of God include those who have died under the message of the 3rd Angel.

Read Revelation 14:1-12 is about the 144,000, how they understand all 3 Angel's Messages, and then

Rev. 14:13 talks about those who die. This chapter of the sealed includes those who have died.

READ WHAT LOUGHBOROUGH SAYS HERE:

“In reference to the subject matter of this book - the sealed 144,000 - I have been greatly moved by the Spirit of God to write and publish the facts as to how the sealing message was obtained - not only from the Bible, but by direct instruction in visions of Sister E. G. White; also as to how the message was received and taught by our ministers and people down to the year 1894, when the “new light” theory found its advocate in one who afterwards apostatized from the faith, and died without seeing the fulfillment of his expectation that he would live to the end of time, and hence be one of the 144,000. His claim was that later testimonies of Sister White taught that all the 144,000 would be made up of those who had never died. {1916 JNL, QSM 3.3}

When I found that some were teaching that “all of the 144,000 who will be sealed are now living,” I thought it time that someone should speak, and show that it is not the manner of God's prophets to make positive statements at one time, and afterwards teach entirely contrary to them. Such surely was not the course of Bible prophets. The whole of this “new light” is produced by taking words out of their connection, and away from the things of which they are spoken, and giving them a general application, as you will see when we come to the analysis of the matter. {1916 JNL, QSM 4.1}

LOOK WHAT HE SAYS HOW THIS WAS TAKEN OUT OF CONTEXT:

“It is from this testimony, “translating, without seeing death,” that the claim has been made that none will be among the sealed 144,000 but those who live until Christ's actual second coming. We see that the death they are saved from is the death permitted by the “papers circulated.” Bear in mind that the resurrected Sabbath keepers are included among the covenantees. So they are to be translated at Christ's coming, without suffering the threatened death. By this decree, they are brought into “the time of Jacob's trouble.” His trouble was the news that Esau was coming with four hundred armed men. Unless the Lord should aid him, it looked like death to him and his whole family.” {1916 JNL, QSM 28.1}

There is another testimony from “Great Controversy,” page 649, used by those who claim that none who have died in the message will be among the 144,000: “They have stood without an intercessor through the final outpouring of God's judgments. But they have been delivered, for they have 'washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.' . . . They have seen the earth wasted with famine and pestilence, the sun having power to scorch men with great heat, and they themselves have endured suffering, hunger, and thirst.” This is what is said of the whole of 144,000, and in part will be true of the resurrected Sabbath keepers; for they endure the time of Jacob's trouble.

They are raised under the sixth plague, and see the final outpouring of God's judgments under the seventh plague, and are among those delivered from this decree of death. {1916 JNL, QSM 29.1}

In “Spiritual Gifts,” pages 146, 147, we read still further of what will take place with the living resurrected and living Sabbath keepers, after the voice of God declaring the everlasting covenant, when the wicked were enraged against them: “Soon appeared the great white cloud, upon which sat the Son of man. When it first appeared in the distance, this cloud looked very small. The angel said that it was the sign of the Son of man. As it drew nearer the earth, we could behold the excellent glory and majesty of Jesus as He rode forth to conquer. . . . His countenance was as bright as the noonday sun, His eyes were as a flame of fire, and His feet had the appearance of fine brass. His voice sounded like many musical instruments. The earth trembled before Him, the heavens departed as a scroll when it is rolled together, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. . . . Those who a short time before would have destroyed God's faithful children from the earth, now witness the glory of God which rested upon them. And amid all their terror they heard the voices of the saints in joyful strains, saying, 'Lo, this is our God, we have waited for Him, and He will save us.' The earth mightily shook as the voice of the Son of God called forth the sleeping saints. They responded to the call, and came forth clothed with glorious immortality, crying, Victory, victory, over death and the grave! O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? Then the living saints and the resurrected ones raised their voices in a long, transporting shout of victory. Those bodies that had gone down into the grave bearing the marks of disease and death, came up in immortal health and vigor. The living saints are changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, and caught up with the resurrected ones, and together they meet their Lord in the air. Oh, what a glorious meeting! Friends whom death had separated, were united, never more to part.” {1916 JNL, QSM 29.2}

If there is still a doubt of the resurrected Sabbath keepers' being numbered with the 144,000, consider the following from Sister White's words in 1909. At the general Conference in 1909, Elder Irwin had a stenographer accompany him in a call upon Sister White. He wished to ask her some questions, and have an exact copy of the words of the questions, and the exact words of the replies. Among other questions was this one: “Will those who have died in the message be among the 144,000?” In reply, Sister White said: “Oh, yes, those who have died in the faith will be among(a part of the #) the 144,000. I am clear on that matter.” These were the exact words of question and answer, as Brother Irwin permitted me to copy from his stenographer's report. {1916 JNL, QSM 31.1}

Sister Hastings died, but Sister White told her husband she was sealed and would be with (among/a part of) the 144,000 and will be standing on the earth when Jesus returns.

Those standing on the earth when Jesus' returns are called THE 144,000.
