In the 1903 GC session, the leaders voted to go directly against God. “A New Constitution was passed in General Conference contrary to the principle of God.” (2PRC 437).

“How is the Faithful City Became an Harlot!”

“In the balances of the sanctuary the Seventh-day Adventist church is to be weighed. She will be judged by the privileges and advantages that she has had. If her spiritual experience does not correspond to the advantages that Christ, at infinite cost, has bestowed on her, if the blessings conferred have not qualified her to do the work entrusted to her, on her will be pronounced the sentence: "Found wanting." By the light bestowed, the opportunities given, will she be judged…”

“The heavenly Teacher inquired: "What stronger delusion can beguile the mind than the pretense that you are building on the right foundation and that God accepts your works, when in reality you are working out many things according to worldly policy and are sinning against Jehovah? Oh, it is a great deception, a fascinating delusion, that takes possession of minds when men who have once known the truth, mistake the form of godliness for the spirit and power thereof; when they suppose that they are rich and increased with goods and in need of nothing, while in reality they are in need of everything…"

“Who can truthfully say: "Our gold is tried in the fire; our garments are unspotted by the world"? I saw our Instructor pointing to the garments of so-called righteousness. Stripping them off, He laid bare the defilement beneath. Then He said to me: "Can you not see how they have pretentiously covered up their defilement and rottenness of character? 'How is the faithful city become an harlot!' My Father's house is made a house of merchandise, a place whence the divine presence and glory have departed!" 8T 247-250.

Ichabod (Hebrew: אִיכָבוֹד‎‎, ikhavod – no glory, inglorious or where is the glory?) is mentioned in the first Book of Samuel as the son of Phinehas, a malicious priest at the biblical shrine of Shiloh, who was born on the day that the Israelites' Ark of God was taken into Philistine captivity.

“But Babylon the harlot is the mother of daughters who follow her example of corruption. Thus are represented those [SDA] churches that cling to the doctrines and traditions of Rome and follow her worldly practices…” Spirit of Prophecy Vol. 4 p. 233.

Surprisingly, the strong statement declaring that the SDA Church is harlot is confirmed by the SDA Leaders. To wit:

“1903 – The Church became a harlot…[quoted 8T250].” Answers to Current Issues, vol 1, p. 64, by Severino S. Paypa.

“That city of ‘Jerusalem’ is analogous to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, a ‘faithful’ church which become an ‘harlot’ during the time of E.G. White…” Documented Answers on Seventh-Day Adventist Issues, by Gideon Durante, p. 72 (1994).

Spirit of Prophecy vol. 4 p. 233 clearly states that, “In Revelation 17, Babylon is represented as a woman, a figure which is used in the Scriptures as the symbol of a church. A virtuous woman represents a pure church, a vile woman an apostate church. Babylon is said to be a harlot.”

Babylon is a harlot is the SDA Church!

The SDA Church is a harlot is Babylon!

To recall, the SDA Church was not yet Babylon in 1893. Fact is, E.G. White denounced A.W. Stanton et al for such a premature declaration that “the Church was Babylon”. “He has run before he was sent.” At that very time the “Church was receiving the outpouring of the Spirit of God.” E.G. White states: “The same message is to be proclaimed the second time.” Te second time took place 10 years after—in 1903. God, ever loving and merciful, would have wanted that the Church would mend her ways. A period of time was given for the Church to repent. Belligerent, rebellious, unheeding God’s command to mend her ways, the SDA Church repeated ancient Israel’s glum experience.

Thus, the chilling pronouncement: “Ichabod! – the glory is departed!”

… Again and again, the history of Christ’s withdrawal from Judaea was repeated.

Appeals for change fell on deaf ears. With continual backsliding, the distance between church and papacy lessened.

It is a backsliding church that lessens the distance between itself and the Papacy.” ST, February 19, 1894 (3ST 99).

No Repentance

No evident effort was done to make the necessary repentance. The Church continued to grow worse.

“After I received word in regard to the excellent meeting of confession and unity that had been held in Battle Creek I was writing in my diary and was about to record the thankfulness I felt because a change had come, when my hand was arrested, and there came to me the words: "Write it not. No change for the better has taken place.” 8T 231.

Platform of Eternal Truth

The Church could no longer stand in the platform of eternal truth because she had been governed by worldly policy.

“If we refuse to do this, if we continue to link up with the world, and to look at every matter from a worldly standpoint, we shall become like the world. When worldly policy and worldly ideas govern our transactions, we cannot stand on the high and holy platform of eternal truth.” 4BC 1142.

“Our platform is the law of God, in which we are enjoined to observe the Sabbath day; for, as is distinctly stated in the thirty-first chapter of Exodus, the observance of the Sabbath is a sign between God and His people.” 7T 122

“God is leading a people out from the world upon the exalted platform of eternal truth, the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.” 3T 446.

Hopeless Apostasy

No repentance made, the Church continued to grow worse in hopeless apostasy and rebellion against God and His truth.

Yet instead of repentance, they continued to grow worse in “hopeless apostasy” and rebellion against God and His truths from henceforth that “will result in the loss of many souls.”

“That which has been done since the General Conference held at Oaklandin 1903 will result in the loss of many souls. Men who might have stood in clear light, doing valiant service as ministers of the Gospel and medical missionaries, have been accepting false theories and sophistries which originated with the father of lies, and yet they do not realize that they have changed.” SpTB07 16

“The world is represented in the apostate churches who are trampling upon the Word of God, transgressing His holy law.” UL 285.

1904 – A Supposed Great Reformation

Principles of Truth Discarded

“The enemy of souls has sought to bring in the supposition that a great reformation was to take place among Seventh-day Adventists, and that this reformation would consist in giving up the doctrines which stand as the pillars of our faith, and engaging in a process of reorganization. Were this reformation to take place, what would result? The principles of truth that God in His wisdom has given to the remnant church, would be discarded. Our religion would be changed. The fundamental principles that have sustained the work for the last fifty years would be accounted as error. A new organization would be established. Books of a new order would be written. A system of intellectual philosophy would be introduced. The founders of this system would go into the cities, and do a wonderful work. The Sabbath of course, would be lightly regarded, as also the God who created it. Nothing would be allowed to stand in the way of the new movement. The leaders would teach that virtue is better than vice, but God being removed, they would place their dependence on human power, which, without God, is worthless. Their foundation would be built on the sand, and storm and tempest would sweep away the structure.” 1SM 204-205

Reformations from Truth to Error

“The reformations that were shown me, were not reformations from error to truth; but from bad to worse; for those who professed a change of heart, had only wrapt about them a religious garb, which covered up the iniquity of a wicked heart. Some appeared to have been really converted, so as to deceive God's people; but if their hearts could be seen, they would appear as black as ever.” RH, August 1, 1849 par. 12.

“Our ministering brethren were looking on, watching what was being done, but they did not seem to understand. The foundation of our faith, which was established by so much prayer, such earnest searching of the Scriptures, was being taken down, pillar by pillar. Our faith was to have nothing to rest upon--the sanctuary was gone, the atonement was gone.” UL 152

Can the Whole Church be Revived?

“Are we hoping to see the whole church revived? That time will never come.” 1SM 122.

A very strong statement, to which the following SDA leaders gave their stamp of approval.

“The quotation above written on March 22, 1887, that the whole church will never be revived is correct.” Documented Answers on Seventh-Day Adventist Issues, by Gideon Durante, p. 90 (1994).

“Now what does this mean? Of course the whole church will never revive!” Reasons of Faith, p. 29, by James B. Rubrico, Sr.

1905 – Great Apostasy Developing Stronger.

“One thing it is certain is soon to be realized,--the great apostasy, which is developing and increasing and waxing stronger,... will continue to do so until the Lord shall descend from heaven with a shout. We are to hold fast the first principles of our denominated faith, and go forward from strength to increased faith… Souls are departing from the faith and giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. There must not be any languishing of soul now.” SpTB07 57

1907 – Apostasy and Hypnotism

“The Time of Apostasy is Here.

“The end of all things is near at hand. The signs are rapidly fulfilling, yet it would seem that but few realize that the day of the Lord is coming, swiftly, silently, as a thief in the night. Many are saying, "Peace and safety." Unless they are watching and waiting for their Lord, they will be taken as in a snare. . .”

"Now the spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils" (1 Tim. 4:1). The time of this apostasy is here. Every conceivable effort will be made to throw doubt upon the positions that we have occupied for over half a century. . . “

“Those who look for miracles as a sign of divine guidance are in grave danger of deception. It is stated in the Word that the enemy will work through his agents who have departed from the faith, and they will seemingly work miracles, even to the bringing down of fire out of heaven in the sight of men. By means of "lying wonders" Satan would deceive, if possible, the very elect.” 1SM 408

“Apostates Will Use Hypnotism.

The time has come when even in the church and in our institutions, some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. But God will keep that which is committed to Him. Let us draw near to Him, that He may draw near to us. Let us bear a plain, clear testimony right to the point, that hypnotism is being used by those who have departed from the faith, and that we are not to link up with them. Through those who depart from the faith, the power of the enemy will be exercised to lead others astray.” 3SM 411.

1908 – SDA’s Reminded of Their Peculiarity.

A Peculiar Treasure

“I am instructed to say to Seventh-day Adventists the world over, God has called us as a people to be a peculiar treasure unto Himself. He has appointed that His church on earth shall stand perfectly united in the Spirit and counsel of the Lord of hosts to the end of time.” 2SM 397.

“Not by its name, but by its fruit, is the value of a tree determined. If the fruit is worthless, the name cannot save the tree from destruction. John declared to the Jews that their standing before God was to be decided by their character and life. Profession was worthless. If their life and character were not in harmony with God's law, they were not His people. DA 107.

Separation From Babylonian Churches Foreseen

“The Bible declares that before the coming of the Lord, Satan will work "with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness;" and they that "received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved," will be left to receive "strong delusion, that they should believe a lie." 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11. Not until this condition shall be reached, and the union of the church with the world shall be fully accomplished throughout Christendom, will the fall of Babylon be complete. The change is a progressive one, and the perfect fulfillment of Revelation 14:8 is yet future… Notwithstanding the spiritual darkness and alienation from God that exist in the churches which constitute Babylon, the great body of Christ's true followers are still to be found in their communion. There are many of these who have never seen the special truths for this time. Not a few are dissatisfied with their present condition and are longing for clearer light. They look in vain for the image of Christ in the churches with which they are connected. As these bodies depart further and further from the truth, and ally themselves more closely with the world, the difference between the two classes will widen, and it will finally result in separation. The time will come when those who love God supremely can no longer remain in connection with such as are "lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof." Revelation 18 points to the time when, as the result of rejecting the threefold warning of Revelation 14:6-12, the church will have fully reached the condition foretold by the second angel, and the people of God still in Babylon will be called upon to separate from her communion. This message is the last that will ever be given to the world; and it will accomplish its work.” GC 389-390.

“Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel.” Romans 9:6.

“I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid.. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.” Romans 11:1, 2, 5.

“Christ was a Seventh-day Adventist, to all intents and purposes.” MM 49.

Babylon Fallen

In GC 389-390, two conditions must be met for a Church to be Babylon fallen:

(1) “to receive strong delusion and believe a lie.” 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11

(2) A union of the church with the world

In 1903, the first condition was fulfilled.

What is Faith And Order?

According to “The Modern Catholic Encyclopedia” p. 273”: “From time to time attempts at reunion were made. Yet in its contemporary form the ecumenical movement originated in 1910 at an international conference of chiefly Protestant missionary organizations. It took shape between the two World Wars as two organisms: “Faith and Order,” concerned with unity in doctrine, and “Life and Work,” eager to promote joint action. A few Catholic theologians took an interest in it in the 1920s, especially when Cardinal Mercier, in Belgium, sponsored the Malines Conversations (1921-1926) between Catholics and Anglicans. In 1948 the two organizations united to form the World Council of Churches, in which Faith and Order remains an agency that is focused on growing together in the area of doctrine. Under the impact of the ecumenical movement, a number of Protestant Church have taken practical steps toward reunion through progressive mergers, notably in South India, North India, Canada, Australia, and the U.S.A. Diverse forms of cooperation have also been tried. An agreement on Baptism, Eucharist, and Ministry (BEM), that was finalized at Lima in 1982 after many years of discussion in the Faith and Order Commission, was a hopeful achievement.”

The Denial

However, this is denied by the Church leaders! They say that the SDA Church is not a member of the World Council of Churches (WCC) but participates only in their assemblies and various committees.

“Although, the SDA General Conference Directors have participated in various committees it does not mean that the SDA Church is a member of the National Council of Churches of Christ in the U.S.A.” Documented Answers on Seventh-day Adventist issues, by Gideon Durante, p. 54. (1994).

But what really is participation in the truest sense? GW 392 says, “Fellowship means participation.”

Interestingly, in Adventist Review, February 11, 1999, p 18, it says that “the term (ecumenical) forum had been deliberately chosen… in order to suggest that participation is more important than membership.”

The SDA Church is in outright denial of its membership in the World Council of Churches, yet she participates in its various committees. What does that give when fellowship means participation as stated above? Hence fellowship is participation is membership or vice versa.

Great Apostate Movement—Bridging the Gulf

SDAs on the basis of Bible prophecies and E.G. White’s writings, envision a great apostate movement to unite the world to gain global peace. They are aware of God’s message of mercy and His call to leave the apostate Churches.

“On the basis of bible prophecy and the writing of E.G. White, SDA’s anticipated the eventual success of the ecumenical movement, both in eliminating the division of Protestantism and in reuniting Christendom by bridging the gulf that separates Non-Catholic communions from Rome. The ecumenical movement will then become a concerted effort to unite the world and to secure universal peace and security by enlisting the power of civil government in a universal religio-political crusade to eliminate all dissent. SDA’s envision this crusade as the great apostasy to which John the revelator refers to as ‘Babylon the Great’. They understand also, that God’s last message of mercy to the world prior to the return of Christ in power and glory will consist of warning against this great apostate movement, and a call to all who choose to remain loyal to Him to leave the churches connected with it.” Seventh - Day Adventist Encyclopedia, vol. 10, p. 410- 411.

“A close cooperation between Protestant and Roman Catholics.”

“She (EGW) prophesied that major changes within Protestantism would bring about a departure from the faith of the reformation. Consequently, differences between Protestants and Catholics would diminish, leading to the bridging of the gulf separating the two.”

“The years since her death (E.G. White) have seen the rise of the ecumenical movement, the establishment of the World Council of Churches, the Catholic Church’s Vatican II, and Protestant ignorance and even outright rejection of the Reformation views of prophetic interpretation. These major changes have broken down barriers between Protestants and Catholics, leading to growing cooperation.” Seventh-day Adventists Believe, p. 225.

Separation

The Sanhedrin had rejected Christ’s message and was bent upon His death; therefore Jesus departed from Jerusalem, from the priests, the temple, the religious leaders, the people who had been instructed in the law, and turned to another class to proclaim His message, and to gather out those who should carry the gospel to all nations.” DA 232

“Like ancient Israel the church has dishonored her God by departing from the light, neglecting her duties, and abusing her high and exalted privilege of being peculiar and holy in character. Her members have violated their covenant to live for God and Him only. They have joined with the selfish and world-loving. Pride, the love of pleasure, and sin have been cherished, and Christ has departed. His Spirit has been quenched in the church. Satan works side by side with professed Christians; yet they are so destitute of spiritual discernment that they do not detect him… Their only hope of salvation is to separate from the world and zealously maintain their separate, holy, and peculiar character. Oh! why will not God's people comply with the conditions laid down in His word?” 2T 441-442, 444.

“Our holy faith cries out, Separation. We should not be conformed to the world, or to dead, heartless professors. “Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.” 1T 240.

Justified in Separating From Former Churches

When the Protestant churches became Babylon Fallen in 1844, some members felt justified when they separated from the Churches they loved. So have been with Adventists.

“Adventists, seeing that the churches rejected the testimony of God's word, could no longer regard them as constituting the church of Christ, "the pillar and ground of the truth;" and as the message, "Babylon is fallen," began to be proclaimed, they felt themselves justified in separating from their former connection.” 4SP 237.

“But as ministers and religious leaders decided against the advent doctrine and desired to suppress all agitation of the subject, they not only opposed it from the pulpit, but denied their members the privilege of attending preaching upon the second advent, or even of speaking of their hope in the social meetings of the church. Thus the believers found themselves in a position of great trial and perplexity. They loved their churches and were loath to separate from them; but as they saw the testimony of God's word suppressed and their right to investigate the prophecies denied they felt that loyalty to God forbade them to submit. Those who sought to shut out the testimony of God's word they could not regard as constituting the church of Christ, "the pillar and ground of the truth." Hence they felt themselves justified in separating from their former connection. In the summer of 1844 about fifty thousand withdrew from the churches.” GC 377.

“When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whose readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea, flee into the mountains.” Matthew 24:15-16.

1909 – SDA Church Strongly Reminded.

“For years there has been a growing tendency for men placed in positions of responsibility to lord it over God's heritage, thus removing from church members their keen sense of the need of divine instruction and an appreciation of the privilege to counsel with God regarding their duty. This order of things must be changed. There must be a reform.” TM 477-478.

“Simple organization and church order are set forth in the New Testament Scriptures, and the Lord has ordained these for the unity and perfection of the church.” Loma Linda Messages p. 464

“The order that was maintained in the early Christian church made it possible for them to move forward solidly as a well-disciplined army clad with the armor of God. The companies of believers, though scattered over a large territory, were all members of one body; all moved in concert and in harmony with one another. When dissension arose in a local church, as later it did arise in Antioch and elsewhere, and the believers were unable to come to an agreement among themselves, such matters were not permitted to create a division in the church, but were referred to a general council of the entire body of believers, made up of appointed delegates from the various local churches, with the apostles and elders in positions of leading responsibility. Thus the efforts of Satan to attack the church in isolated places were met by concerted action on the part of all, and the plans of the enemy to disrupt and destroy were thwarted. “ AA 95-96.

The current Seventh-day Adventist organization deviates from such pattern so ordained by the Lord.

“Neither should we insist that current Seventh-day Adventist Church organization and ceremony are modeled directly after the pattern of the New Testament.” Ministry Magazine, p. 27 (May 2002)

… The polity of the Seventh-day Adventist is hierarchal; authority flows downward and members in local congregations have virtually no voice. Above the level, the Seventh-day Adventist Church is a closed, self-operating, and self-perpetuating system, similar to the Roman Catholic Church…” Spectrum, Quarterly Journal of the Association of Adventist Forums, Vol. 14, no 4, March 1984.

Who is the Second Beast of Revelation 13:11? The former Protestant churches in America will join with the (formerly protestant in the beginning) apostate GENERAL CONFERENCE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST in persecuting the Saints who cling to the OLD SDA BELIEFS.

1888 "Apostasy, apostasy, apostasy, is engraven on the very front of every (General Conference Seventh Day Adventist) church; and did they know it, and did they feel it, there might be hope; but, alas! they cry, ‘We are rich, and increased in goods, and stand in need of nothing.’”—Second Advent Library, tract No. 39.GC 388.1

The Adventist church has BECOME "another beast", the "second beast" that comes up after the Papacy, the first beast. The second beast of Revelation 13:11-18 persecutes the REMNANT of her seed, those who cling to the OLD SDA BELIEFS, the OLD LANDMARKS, the OLD SDA DOCTRINES. These Saints leave the GC SDA churches so that they do not become leavened by the apostasy that is rampant in the modern 501c3 GENERAL CONFERENCE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTIST churches today and have home church studying intensely the early SDA PROTESTANT pioneers books, sermons, ariticles, and tracts.

"Satan can get thee to slumber now, he is sure of his prey.” I saw [that] some in Israel had been half starved for food, and when the present truth was presented to them they ate it with thankfulness and gratitude like half-starved children. Said the angel, “Can ye stand in the battle in the day of the Lord? Ye need to be washed, and live in newness of life.” Then I saw [that] those whose hands are now engaged in making up the breach and are standing in the gaps, but that have formally since '44 broken the commandments of God and have so far followed the pope as to keep the first day instead of the seventh, would have to go down into the water and be baptized in the faith of the shut door and keeping the commandments of God, and in the faith of Jesus [who is] coming to sit on the throne of His father David, and to redeem Israel" 18MR 11.4.

In Deuteronomy 12, God is warning His people about false gods.

…take heed to yourself that you are not ensnared to follow them, after they are destroyed from before you, and that you do not inquire after their gods, saying, ‘How did these nations serve their gods? I also will do likewise.’ You shall not worship the LORD your God in that way; for every abomination to the LORD which He hates they have done to their gods for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods”

"There is to be in the [Seventh-day Adventist] churches a wonderful manifestation of the power of God, but it will not move upon those who have not humbled themselves before the Lord, and opened the door of the heart by confession and repentance. In the manifestation of that power which lightens the earth with the glory of God, they will see only something which in their blindness they think dangerous, something which will arouse their fears, and they will brace themselves to resist it. Because the Lord does not work according to THEIR ideas and expectations they will oppose the work. "Why," they say, "should we not know the Spirit of God, when we have been in the work so many years?"--RH Extra, Dec. 23, 1890.

"Protestantism is reaching out its hands to clasp hands with popery, and every indication makes manifest that the prophecies are about to be fulfilled. And now men are looking upon those who keep the commandments of God and the faith OF Jesus, to see what will be their course. O that all may arouse, and manifest to the world that this is a living faith, that a vital issue is before the world, that Jesus will soon come. Let men see that we believe we are on the borders of the eternal world" RH February 21, 1893, par. 9.

The lamb [Philadelphia = old landmarks, ] has people that come into her and starts examining the old landmarks, the old pillars, the old Adventist doctrines and wants to change the firm platform, the principles, the firm foundation is discarded and it starts to speak the doctrines of the dragon, to take on his (Satan's) characteristics. The first beast has had her day and it is past. The new second beast "another beast" [Laodicean/Foolish Virgins] rises up in the USA from 1798 AD. It starts out speaking as a lamb, the old landmarks of Adventism, with pure doctrines. Within this Advent movement, it divides into two groups, this group splits, divides, as the parable of the Ten Virgins predicts, into two groups: one wise virgin group and one foolish virgin group.

and would not have denied Him as did Peter, or crucified Him as did the Jews. But God who reads the hearts of all, has brought to the test that love for Jesus which they professed to feel. All heaven watched with the deepest interest the reception of the first angel's message. But many who professed to love Jesus, and who shed tears as they read the story of the cross, derided the good news of His coming. Instead of receiving the message with gladness, they declared it to be a delusion. They hated those who loved His appearing and shut them out of the churches. Those who rejected the first message could not be benefited by the second; neither were they benefited by the midnight cry, which was to prepare them to enter with Jesus by faith into the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary. And by rejecting the two former messages, they have so darkened their understanding that they can see no light in the third angel's message, which shows the way into the most holy place. I saw that as the Jews crucified Jesus, so the nominal churches had crucified these messages, and therefore they have no knowledge of the way into the most holy, and they cannot be benefited by the intercession of Jesus there. Like the Jews, who offered their useless sacrifices, they offer up their useless prayers to the apartment which Jesus has left; and Satan, pleased with the deception, assumes a religious character, and leads the minds of these professed Christians to himself, working with his power, his signs and lying wonders, to fasten them in his snare. Some he deceives in one way, and some in another. He has different delusions prepared to affect different minds. Some look with horror upon one deception, while they readily receive another. Satan deceives some with Spiritualism. He also comes as an angel of light and spreads his influence over the land by means of false reformations. The churches are elated, and consider that God is working marvelously for them, when it is the work of another spirit. The excitement will die away and leave the world and the church in a worse condition than before. EW 260.1

I saw that God has honest children among the nominal [in name only not practicing the old landmarks] Adventists and the fallen churches, and before the plagues shall be poured out, ministers and people will be called out from these churches and will gladly receive the truth. Satan knows this; and before the loud cry of the third angel is given, he raises an excitement in these religious bodies, that those who have rejected the truth [old landmarks, pillars/beliefs of the early SDA 1830-1894 pioneers] may think that God is with them. He hopes to deceive the honest and lead them to think that God is still working for the churches. But the light [old Adventist doctrines from the early pioneers] will shine, and all who are honest will leave the fallen [501c3 SDA] churches, and take their stand with the remnant" EW 261.1.

"A glorious light then rested down upon these companies, to enlighten all who would receive it. Some of those who were in darkness received the light and rejoiced. Others (501c3 Adventists) resisted the light [1830-1894 pillars, landmarks, firm foundation laid by the early Protestant SDA pioneers] from heaven, saying that it was sent to lead them astray. The light passed away from them, and they were left in darkness.Those who had received the light from Jesus joyfully cherished the increase of precious light [1830-1894 pillars, landmarks, firm foundation laid by the early Protestant SDA pioneers] which was shed upon them. Their faces beamed with holy joy, while their gaze was directed upward to Jesus with intense interest, and their voices were heard in harmony with the voice of the angel, “Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come.” As they raised this cry, I saw those who were in darkness [501c3 SDA churches today] thrusting them with side and with shoulder. Then many who cherished the sacred light [old Protestant Adventist doctrines], broke the cords which confined them and stood out separated from those companies. As they were doing this, men belonging to the different companies (501c3 Adventist preachers/leaders) and revered by them passed through, some with pleasing words, and others with wrathful looks and threatening gestures, and fastened the cords which were weakening. These men (501c3 modern Adventist preachers/leaders/teachers) were constantly saying, “God is with us. We stand in the light. We have the truth.” I inquired who these men were, and was told that they were (501c3 SDA) ministers and leading men who had rejected the light [old Adventist doctrines] themselves, and were unwilling that others should receive it." —Spiritual Gifts, vol. 1, p. 144.2, Early Writings, p. 240.2

"Others rashly denied the light behind (truths given in 1841, '42, '43 and 1844 (15MR Ltr 75 1905)) them, and said it was not God (changed God's to trinity (specifically: "Tritheism") of gods = is the god of the dead (eternal death) if you follow this teaching of Isiris aka "God the Son" of the triad of gods aka Trinity of gods) that had led them out so far. The light behind them (1841-1846 truths=3 angels messages) went out, leaving their feet in perfect darkness, and they stumbled and lost sight of the mark and of Jesus, and fell off the path down into the dark and wicked world below." —Testimonies for the Church, vol. 1, p. 58.4.

"What is the seal of the living God, which is placed in the foreheads of His people? It is a mark (thoughts and actions=believing and doing the false doctrines accepted in common with the Papacy the first beast) which angels, but not human eyes, can read; for the destroying angel must see this mark of redemption" —(Letter 126, 1898).

"I saw a company who stood well guarded and firm, and would give no countenance to those who would unsettle the established faith of the body. God looked upon them with approbation. I was shown three steps—one, two and three—the first, second and third angels’ messages. Said the angel, Woe to him who shall move a block, or stir a pin in these messages. The true understanding of these messages is of vital importance. The destiny of souls hangs upon the manner in which they are received. I was again brought down through these messages, and saw how dearly the people of God had purchased their experience. It had been obtained through much suffering and severe conflict. Step by step had God brought them along, until he had placed them upon a solid, immovable platform. Then I saw individuals as they approached the platform, before stepping upon it examine the foundation. Some with rejoicing immediately stepped upon it. Others commenced to find fault with the laying of the foundation of the platform. They wished improvements made, and then the platform would be more perfect, and the people much happier. Some stepped off the platform and examined it, then found fault with it, declaring it to be laid wrong. I saw that nearly all stood firm upon the platform, and exhorted others who had stepped off to cease their complaints, for God was the master-builder, and they were fighting against him. They recounted the wonderful work of God, which had led them to the firm platform, and in union nearly all raised their eyes to heaven, and with a loud voice glorified God. This affected some of those who had complained, and left the platform, and again they with humble look stepped upon it. 1SG 168.2

I was pointed back to the proclamation of the first advent of Christ. John was sent in the spirit and power of Elijah to prepare the way for Jesus’ coming. Those who rejected the testimony of John were not benefited by the teachings of Jesus. Their opposition to the proclamation of his first advent placed them where they could not readily receive the strongest evidence of his being the Messiah. Satan led on those who rejected the message of John to go still further, to reject Jesus and crucify him. In doing this, they placed themselves where they could not receive the blessing on the day of Pentecost, which would have taught them the way into the heavenly Sanctuary. The rending of the vail of the temple showed that the Jewish sacrifices and ordinances would no longer be received. The great Sacrifice had been offered, and had been accepted, and the Holy Spirit which descended on the day of Pentecost carried the minds of the disciples from the earthly Sanctuary to the heavenly, where Jesus had entered by his own blood, and shed upon his disciples the benefits of his atonement. The Jews were left in complete deception and total darkness. They lost all the light they might have had upon the plan of salvation, and still trusted in their useless sacrifices and offerings. They could not be benefited by the mediation of Christ in the Holy place. The heavenly Sanctuary had taken the place of the earthly, yet they had no knowledge of the way to the heavenly. 1SG 169.1

Many look with horror at the course the Jews pursued toward Jesus in rejecting and crucifying him. And as they read the history of his shameful abuse, they think they love Christ, and would not have denied him like Peter, or crucified him like the Jews. But God who has witnessed their professed sympathy for his Son, has proved them, and has brought to the test that love which they professed for Jesus. 1SG 170.1

"He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations" Isaiah 66:3 KJV.

"And indeed ye do it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you; That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing" 1 Thessalonians 4:10-12 KJV.

"The heavenly Teacher inquired: “What stronger delusion can beguile the mind than the pretense that you are building on the right foundation and that God accepts your works, when in reality you are working out many things according to worldly policy and are sinning against Jehovah? Oh, it is a great deception, a fascinating delusion, that takes possession of minds when men who have once known the truth [1830-1894 truths of Adventism], mistake the form of godliness for the spirit and power thereof; when they suppose that they are rich and increased with goods and in need of nothing, while in reality they are in need of everything" 8T 249.3, " Testimonies for the Church, vol. 8, p. 249.3 (Ellen G. White)..

"The powers from beneath are stirred with deep intensity. War and bloodshed are the result. The moral atmosphere is poisoned with cruel, horrible doings. The spirit of strife is spreading; it abounds in every place. Many souls are being taken possession of by the spirit of fraud, or underhand dealing. Many will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. They do not discern what spirit has taken possession of them" 8T 249.1.

"He (Brother B) seemed to possess a zeal to search the Scriptures and different authors, not that he might become established upon important points of present truth which the providence of God had furnished him through men of His choice, but to find a new position and to advance new views in opposition to the established faith of the body (foundational pillars, landmarks, principles, great truths setup in the beginning of Adventism from 1830-1894). His researches were not made for the glory of God, but to promote self" Testimonies for the Church, vol. 3, p. 438.2 (Ellen G. White).

"This man and those deceived by him love not the truth but have pleasure in unrighteousness. And what stronger delusion could come upon them than that there is nothing displeasing to God in licentiousness and adultery? The Bible contains many warnings against these sins. Paul writes to Titus of those who “profess that they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.” “But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily [not openly] shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of.” The ones here referred to are not those who openly claim to have no faith in Christ, but those who profess to believe the truth and by their vileness of character bring a reproach upon it, causing it to be evil spoken of. 5T 144.3

“And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.” “But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption; and shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness.” 5T 145.1

“These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved forever. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity,” boasting of their light, their knowledge and their love of the truth, “they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much

wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.” 5T 145.2

In this age of corruption when our adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about seeking whom he may devour, I see the necessity of lifting my voice in warning. “Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.” There are many who possess brilliant talents who wickedly devote them to the service of Satan. What warning can I give to a people who profess to have come out from the world and to have left its works of darkness? to a people whom God has made the repositories of His law, but who, like the pretentious fig tree, flaunt their apparently flourishing branches in the very face of the Almighty, yet bear no fruit to the glory of God? Many of them cherish impure thoughts, unholy imaginations, unsanctified desires, and base passions. God hates the fruit borne upon such a tree. Angels, pure and holy, look upon the course of such with abhorrence, while Satan exults. Oh, that men and women would consider what is to be gained by transgressing God's law! Under any and every circumstance, transgression is a dishonor to God and a curse to man. We must regard it thus, however fair its guise, and by whomsoever committed. 5T 146.1

As Christ's ambassador, I entreat you who profess present truth to promptly resent any approach to impurity and forsake the society of those who breathe an impure suggestion. Loathe these defiling sins with the most intense hatred. Flee from those who would, even in conversation, let the mind run in such a channel; “for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.” 5T 146.2

As those who practice these defiling sins are steadily increasing in the world and would intrude themselves into our churches, I warn you to give no place to them. Turn from the seducer. Though a professed follower of Christ, he is Satan in the form of man; he has borrowed the livery of heaven that he may the better serve his master. You should not for one moment give place to an impure, covert suggestion; for even this will stain the soul, as impure water defiles the channel through which it passes. 5T 146.3

Choose poverty, reproach, separation from friends, or any suffering rather than to defile the soul with sin. Death before dishonor or the transgression of God's law should be the motto of every Christian. As a people professing to be reformers, treasuring the most solemn, purifying truths of God's word, we must elevate the standard far higher than it is at the present time. Sin and sinners in the church must be promptly dealt with, that others may not be contaminated. Truth and purity require that we make more thorough work to cleanse the camp from Achans. Let those in responsible positions not suffer sin in a brother. Show him that he must either put away his sins or be separated from the church. 5T 147.1

When the individual members of the church shall act as true followers of the meek and lowly Saviour, there will be less covering up and excusing of sin. All will strive to act as if in God's presence. They will realize that His all-seeing eye is ever upon them and that the most secret thought is known to Him. The character, the motives, the desires and purposes, are as clear as the light of the sun to the eye of the Omnipotent. But few bear this in mind. The larger class by far do not realize what a fearful account must be rendered at the bar of God by all the transgressors of His law. 5T 147.2

Can you who have professed to receive such great light be content with a low level? Oh, how earnestly and constantly should we seek for the divine presence and a realization of the solemn truths that the end of all things is at hand and that the Judge of all the earth stands at the door! How can you disregard His just and holy requirements? How can you transgress in the very face of Jehovah? How can you cherish unholy thoughts and base passions in full view of the pure angels and of the Redeemer, who gave Himself for you that He might redeem you from all iniquity and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works? As you contemplate the matter in the light which shines from the cross of Christ, will not sin appear too mean, too perilous, to be indulged when standing upon the very borders of the eternal world? 5T 147.3

I speak to our people. If you draw close to Jesus and seek to adorn your profession by a well-ordered life and godly conversation, your feet will be kept from straying into forbidden paths. If you will only watch, continually watch unto prayer, if you will do everything as if you were in the immediate presence of God, you will be saved from yielding to temptation, and may hope to be kept pure, spotless, and undefiled till the last. If you hold the beginning (1830-1894 early SDA doctrines) of your confidence firm unto the end, your ways will be established in God; and what grace has begun, glory will crown in the kingdom of our God. The fruits of the Spirit are “love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” If Christ be within us, we shall crucify the flesh with the affections and lusts" 5T 144.3-5T148, Testimonies for the Church, vol. 5, p. 144.3 (Ellen G. Ellen White warns us over and over and over to study the early SDA pioneers writings - ALL of the Pioneers who were PROTESTANTS are true blue inspired by God to setup these great truths in the beginning of Adventism. None of the Protestant Pioneers accepted any MARKS of the Beast which are doctrines (marks) of the FIRST and SECOND beast. The First beast is the Papacy (The mighty Catholic Church was little more than the Roman Empire baptised), the second beast is all of the 501c3 organizations today, especially the church organizations that are 501c3. These 501c3 organizations will have to lose everything, all their assets IF THEY PREACH THE TRUTH! THEY WILL have to, they will be forced to come OUT of it IF they believe as the early faithful, keen, noble and true SDA Protestant pioneers of Adventism plainly taught!

Cardinal Newman lists many examples of things admittedly "of pagan origin" which that church introduced "in order to recommend the new religion to the heathen"; "the use of temples, and these dedicated to particular saints, and ornamented on occasions with branches of trees; incense, lamps, and candles; votive offerings on recovery from illness; holy water; asylums; holydays and seasons, use of calendars, processions, blessings on the fields; sacerdotal vestments, the tonsure, the ring in marriage, turning to the East, images at a later date, perhaps the ecclesiastical chant, and the Kyrie Eleison." I saw they had drunk of the deep waters, and fouled the residue with their feet -- trodden the Sabbath underfoot -- and that was why they were weighed in the balance and found wanting" (Early Writings, p. 37).

Ellen White warns: “Let the aged men who were pioneers in our work speak plainly, and let those who are dead speak also, by the reprinting of their articles in our periodicals”—Ellen White, Manuscript 62, 1905, cited in “The Integrity of the Sanctuary Message.”

Ellen White warns: “We are to REPEAT THE WORDS of the pioneers in our work, who knew what it cost to search for the truth as for hidden treasure, and who labored to lay the foundation of our work. The word given me is, Let that which these men have written in the past be reproduced”—Ellen White, Review and Herald, May 25, 1905.

It is imperative to study the pioneers platform of eternal truth that was setup in the beginning of Adventism. The modern 501c3 church has rejected the early SDA pioneer doctrines, which means apostasy from the truth. Come out of the modern SDA church and back into the doctrines and teachings of the early SDA Adventists today before it's too late. We must be living and giving all three angel's messages if we want to have our prayers answered! These are three warning messages to get rid of ALL Catholic doctrines and teachings that we have received! To come out and away from them so that we can STAND AND DEFINE OUR POSITION!

"I was pointed to those who claim (professed/say Rev 2:9; 3:9) to be Adventists, but who reject the present truth (truths given in 1841, '42, '43 and 1844 (15MR Ltr 75 1905)), and saw that they were crumbling and that the hand of the Lord was in their midst to divide and scatter them now in the gathering time, so that the precious jewels among them, who have formerly been deceived, may have their eyes opened to see their true state. • "Those who try to bring in theories that would remove the pillars of our faith concerning the sanctuary or concerning the personality of God or of Christ [The Trinity doctrine "God the Father", "God the Son", and "God the Holy Spirit"], are working as BLIND MEN. They are seeking to bring in uncertainties and to set the people of God adrift without an anchor” MR769.5. "These men were constantly saying, “God is with us. We stand in the light. We have the truth.” I inquired who these men were, and was told that they were ministers and leading men who had rejected the light [1830-1894 old Protestant Adventist doctrines] themselves, and were unwilling that others should receive it" EARLY WRITINGS, PAGE 241.

We utterly refuse to be conscience for you. If we tell you just what to do, you will look to us to guide you, instead of going directly to Jesus for yourselves.”—Ellen G. (Jeremiah 30:7; Hosea 6:3; Joel 2:23; Zechariah 10:1; Ephesians 4:13, 15.) Refreshing of the Latter Rain (testing perfecting messages)—As the members of the body of Christ approach the period of their last conflict, “the time of Jacob’s trouble,” they will grow up into Christ, and will partake largely of His Spirit. As the third message (come out of false doctrines - come out of all 501c3 churches) swells to a loud cry, and as great power and glory attend the closing work, the faithful people of God will partake of that glory. It is the latter rain (perfecting testing messages) which revives and strengthens them to pass through the time of trouble. Their faces will shine with the glory of that light which attends the third angel (The Review and Herald, May 27, 1862).
