Alkaline Forming Foods vs Acid Forming Food List

Make a switch - You Can Still Have Things You Love to Eat, Just Not Animals or anything made from a part of an animal, like eggs, milk, cheese, or refined white sugar or flour etc.

Take milk for example; you can make a lateral switch from cow/goat milk to nut milks. Make them at home yourself in a juicer for the best alkalinizing effect on your body. Anything heated/pasteurized to sell per the FDA requirements in a store destroys the enzymes in it, and is DEAD food, with no nutritional value in it for your body at all.

All cooked foods are dead foods. Example. Take 5 fresh carrots. Cut the stem off of one and put it in water to grow roots. Cook the other four carrots, one in boiling water, steam another one, the next one bake in the oven and the fifth carrot put in the microwave. Then cut the stems off and put in water to root them. Of course, the cooked four will not grow, because they are dead food now. The enzymes are all killed. So, when you cook food it is worthless, dead food to you. No nutritional value to you. You must eat raw foods, preferably juiced to get the most alkalinizing effect from them for your body to use. You have to have good alkaline forming food to build your blood cells. Your life is in your blood. NOT acid forming dead food.

ALL flesh food and products made from flesh food should be discarded immediately. This includes foods made with eggs, milk, butter and cheese.

Alkaline Foods

Alkaline foods are foods that raise the the amount of oxygen that your blood takes in. The most alkalizing foods are RAW green leafy vegetables, non-sweet fruits and (wheat) grasses. The opposite of alkaline foods are acid foods.

How much oxygen your blood can absorb is measured on a pH scale that ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of 0 is most acidic while a pH of 14 is most alkaline.

The Right Acid - Alkaline Balance

Our blood is in balance when we're slightly alkaline: with a pH of 7.365.

In the beginning of the 20th century, very smart scientists and nobel prize winners made a great discovery. If our blood cannot absorb enough oxygen we get sick: cancer, heart issues, arthritis and candida infections, diabetes are the result.

You know that our body tries to maintain a constant temperature 98.5F or 37C. But but do you know that your body tries even harder to maintain the right amount of oxygen in your blood (a pH of 7.365)? When our pH is too high or too low, we don't feel well, we feel tired, gain weight, have poor digestion and get aches and pains.

Most people in the US and Europe are too acidic: they cannot absorb enough oxygen. That's why cancer, heart disease, arthritis,diabetes are epidemic.

Why are we too acidic? The famous four:

    • Stress;

    • Toxins;

    • Parasites; and

    • The FOOD we eat.

It's too bad that the foods we like most make us most acidic and thus sick. What are these food? You guessed right:

During most of our lives, the majority of the foods we eat are (highly) acidic. These make us sick and tired. By eating raw alkaline foods and drinks, we can help our body to heal it self from most diseases:
