IRS codes section 1.1001-1 (4657) C.C.H. states that “Federal Reserve Notes (Dollars) are valueless”.

“That (federal reserve) ‘Notes do not operate as payment in the absence of an agreement that they shall constitute payment.” See Blachshear Mfg. Co. v Harrell, 12 S.E. 2d 766.

“The money (Federal Reserve Notes) will be worth 100 cents on the dollar, because it is backed by the credit of the nation. It will represent a mortgage on all the homes and other property of all the people in the nation. A contract is actually a “meeting of the minds” with “Valuable Consideration given”, BLACK’S LAW Dictionary, 4th edition under “CONTRACT”. A meeting of the minds means that there was FULL disclosure, understanding by both parties, and there was a valuable consideration given by both parties, AND BOTH parties signed and accepted these agreement Contracts and Securities. IRS codes section 1.1001-1 (4657) C.C.H. states that Federal Reserve Notes (Dollars) are valueless. The only lawful money of the United States Of America are gold and silver coins with 1 oz .999 pure gold or silver as per Articles VIII and X of the Constitution For the United States of America.
