You may be ambitious and want to create a 3D game. This is a big project and needs teams work. Look at the link below to see how a team of four split up the tasks.
You will need to assign roles and each of you, then research & develop skills in your area.
Use your own Trello.com KANBAN board to track your skills and what you need to learn.
You will need to meet often and be accountable to the team for your progress.
You can partner up with others doing the same skills to help each other:
3D Modeller of buildings
3D Modeller of organic trees etc
Unity level designer
Coder of interactivity
This was a scholarship project by a team of 3 students
Remember you only need 2 complex level 3 skills, you may cover these:
making a range of layered original models (see video below left on scaling advice)
interactivity and animation scripting (see Unity Skills tutorials)
IK rigging and weight painting counts. (see Blender Skills tutorials)
Automation through scripting (see 2nd video below)
This could be using Actions and Batch processing images in Photoshop for textures and materials- but for Unity it could be used to procedurally generate parts of the environment
E.g. creating some randomisation variables (between certain min/max ranges), then using a For Loop to iterate through the number of random number of items in random X/Y positions, This could then populate trees and rocks in the environment or the topographic features. For more info see:
Here is a video to give you info about comparing 3 design decisions for handling colour:
