Using the basics of layers, selection tools (lasso / magic wand) and pen, brush, fill and gradient tools we will choose a 'Maori Design JPG' to make into a poster with colouring-in like comic-book artists.
Use selection tools such as the Lasso (L) or Magic Wand (W) to select parts of the image.
To change the colour go to Image - Adjustments - Hue / Saturation.
