丸山隆央(まるやま たかお)
兵庫県出身。2002年3月に国際基督教大学教養学部を卒業(学部では、国際政治学・国際機構論を専攻)。同年4月に現・独立行政法人国際協力機構(JICA)に入構し、現在に至るまで主に教育分野の業務に従事。2009年2月から2012年6月までJICAセネガル事務所に勤務した後、2014年4月にJICA本部における勤務のかたわら法政大学大学院経済学研究科修士課程に入学し、開発経済学を学びはじめ、2016年3月に修士号(経済学)を取得。続いて、2018年4月に一橋大学大学院経済学研究科博士課程に入学し(開発経済学専攻)、2022年3月に博士号(経済学)を取得。2024年に国際開発学会・学会賞を受賞。
