The Hur (Jamait) Movement

Hur force was a part of movement for Freedom Hur Community fight against British government and they struggled for separate country for Muslims, Hur mean to fight for own rights, Peer Pagara is the Murshid (Leader) of the Hur community and the followers of that Pir called (Hur) or (faqeer), at the time of British rule Hur take weapons in their hands to fight for their Rights, hur takes weapon for the fight with British forces that movement called Hur movement The Founder of hur movement was pagara Sooreh Badshah Named Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi II Sooreh Badshah was the 6th pir Pagara, Sooreh Badshah Hanged by British politicians on 20th march 1943.

The Hur (Jamait) movement was the first well-planned movement in the history of British-India. The aim of the movement was to fight for own Right with British Government by theological philosophy. The contribution of Pir Pagara (Sooreh-Badshah) who gave sacrifices for the homeland. The Movement has roots from 1843 was indeed the genuine rebellion against British rule in the British-India. From 1843 to 1945,

Though, this movement had no political Aim which is obvious from its purely being a non-political movement. Its slogan of waatan Ya kaafan (native soil or death) was purely imbibed with patriotism, provide a platform to the political parties of British-India to work upon and compel the already weaken British Empire to wrap up from British India. This movement was a great movement In the Sub-continent which has its unique history of 37500 martyrs, thousands arrests.

The two sons of Sooreh Badshah, Elder Syed shah Mardan Shah Rashidi and younger son Pir Syed Nadir Ali shah Rashidi were brought to Pakistan in December 1951 after long negotiations. they were in the custody of England,
