The Festival of colours and its relation with Hindus and Muslims, reflects the Hindu Muslim unity.

According to the Sindhi Hindus, Holi is one of the events that describes the victory of good over evil. And that victory is known as Holi in Sindh. Although Holi is well-recognized cultural and religious events across the country.
While this festival of colours has significant prominence in overall Sindh and Pakistan. The historical background tells that it has been originated from here.
According to the (Phalgun) Sindhi-Hindu calendar, that festival happens for two days that starts from Purnima (Full bright moon) in the months of February and March of every year. Further, this festival is also the symbol of the arrival of Spring, this year dates were 28 and 29th of march.

In peculiarly Sindh, celebrations of Holi seems as full swings as compared to the whole country. In Umar kot the colours are sold by their Muslim brothers and on the day of Holi, everyone closes their shops and business early so that nobody can be late for the celebration of Holi.
This festival is very adorable for both communities because, in this festival, the streets of the city are decorated by both communities, on the day of Holi people throw colour powder on each other. And neghibourers share their homemade sweets with each other.
Despite all the doings people dance together, have sweets together, and this festival is also famous for its Dandia dance, Muslims and Hindus were saying that Dandia is the part of their culture, not only in Umar kot but in whole Sindh, that reflects the values of their brotherhood in Sindh.
In the reply to the question, a man said that he and his friends who are mostly Muslims celebrate this festival every year and get positive vibes and experience every time. Further, this festival is celebrated in the whole of Sindh without discrimination. This is the actual representation of everyone under the Pakistani flag.
