These devastating weapons are - without fail - meant to kill or destroy something. From mortars to rocket launchers, flamethrowers and grenade launchers, very few - if at all - have non-lethal properties and are generally considered the weaponry of specialists and professionals, with very few of them being available for civilian use and purchase, even with a license.
Flamethrowers make spray attacks. These attacks come in one of three flavors: straight, wobbly, or sweeping. A straight attack is what it sounds like: an attempt to fire straight at a target. A wobbly attack moves back and forth, covering an area about 3 Meters wide. A sweeping attack covers a 10 Meter wide area.
A straight attack is handled as normal. A wobbly attack is more difficult to avoid, granting the user a +2 Dice Pool Bonus for the attack, but reduces the Damage Value by 1. A sweeping attack only amplifies this tendency - granting a +4 Dice Pool bonus but reducing the DV by 3.
On either a wobbly or sweeping attack, you can elect to move the stream extra fast. You substitute a Wild Die for one of the normal dice from your dice pool when you choose to do this.
Aztechnology F3a Flamethrower
The Aztechnology F3a is a modern example of the classic one-person backpack flamethrower. It saw heavy use during the Yucatan uprising when Aztlan/Aztechnology troops fell back to “scorched earth” tactics.

AGS-35
The AGS-35 is a belt-fed, fully automatic crew-served support weapon. It is frequently used on vehicle pintle mounts as a secondary weapon. The ability of the weapon to feed a number of different munitions allows it greater versatility than those normally used on military vehicles. The AGS-35 was used by all branches of the Russian military during the EuroWars and due to its prodigious export was also used against them. The weapon is no longer in front line with the Russian Republic military but has been adopted by the Department of the Interior (MVD) as a crowd suppression weapon using tear gas grenades.

The classic and the first, the Ares Antioch was Ares' first grenade launcher to make it to public release, enjoying it's position on top for a decade until being replaced by the genuinely superior Antioch II. ArmTech PTL-02 Torpedo-Grenade Launcher
In 2071, Wuxing approached ArmTech about developing a weapon specifically for use underwater. Having already developed a highly successful line of grenade launchers and projectile launchers for use in space, ArmTech gladly accepted the offer. After 3 years of R&D, ArmTech presented Wuxing with their Personal Torpedo Launcher 01 prototype. After another year of field testing and refinement, the PTL-02 officially entered service with the Marine Security Division and has had a successful track record since. Basically another grenade launcher, the PTL-02 fires custom minigrenade torpedoes. Popular in the hands of airport air traffic control officers and celebrity bodyguards defending against paparazzi drones, the KD447 offered by Krupp Munitions is a toolset that puts special emphasis on the protection of VIPs and facilities. The operator paints a target with a laser designator and launches the proprietary Anti-Drone Missile, which explodes a few meters before contact and releases a 4-Meter wide metal net that completely envelopes the target. Either by blocking exhaust ports, the rotors, or with sheer weight the drone is then taken down. The M79B1 is a single-shot, disposable rocket fired from a shoulder mount. The weapon comes in a telescopic cylinder that can only be fired when fully extended. The system is a backpack and launcher set up that holds four extra missiles that will automatically reload after each shot. The setup comes with a handheld laser designator for independent targeting but the missiles can respond to other designators and their own internal systems.

Onotari Arms Interceptor
Saeder-Krupp developed this multipurpose missile launcher for military use. It has two separate barrels that can load two missiles at once, which don't need to be of the same type. Both barrels cannot be fired simultaneously, though this safety feature has been known to be removed, much to the dismay of a potential target - and the firer, as the whirlpool of backblast arcs back towards the user's head. It also features an internal smartgun system that controls the fire-safety system.

Carried as a backpack unit similar to the Ballista, this man-portable launcher fires Vogeljäger anti-air missiles. The launcher comes equipped with an advanced sensor unit which is displayed on a linked wrist unit that is also equipped with a datajack port and direct fiber optic cabling to prevent hacking attempts. Not as mobile as the Ballista, it is mostly popular in ares with difficult terrain where a backpack is more advantageous due to a lack of vehicular support.

Shiawase Armaments Man-Catcher
A prototype weapon system long considered a failure, the Man-Catcher was one of my projects recently re-discovered by Nemesis Arms during the 2070's Megacorp Audit. A part of the low-priority non-lethal division, the Man-Catcher is in essence a rocket launcher that fires a warhead filled with a fast-acting compound that, when exposed to air, expands slightly and turns into a rubber-like substance. Anything coming into contact or coated with it will become stuck and eventually immobile. The problem with the system wasn't the launcher or the warhead but rather the chemical compound: on second review, a solution was found and the system was deemed viable. When used against a target, the warhead can be pre-programmed to detonate by timer, proximity, or impact though with the latter it only has a 50% chance of success.

Spike Disposable Launcher
Popular among rebel forces in the Yucatan. Phillipines, and sea pirates, the Spike is a portable shoulder-fired one-shot disposable launcher. Straightforward, lightweight, and cheap the Spike is perfect for mercenaries, shadowrunners, and criminals who want to deliver a punch and make a quick and unemcumbered getaway. Once the rocket has been fired the launcher is useless except as an unwieldly club.
