Effect: Double Image can only be used once per person.
You may cast Double Image multiple times, but each time it must be for a different person.
The spell is resisted by Willpower + Intuition.
Magicians may use a Minor Action to adjust the Double Image to keep it from breaking or help it to function strategically.
When the subject and their double image are moving parallel to each other, the subject gains 1 Dice Reroll when they both attack the same target.
The illusion will only act or react as the caster commands. If someone tries to tackle it or hit it, they move right through it, which automatically reveals the illusion. On a melee attack, the double image uses the magician's Reaction + Intuition to avoid the incoming attack. Most firearm or missile attacks just look like they miss the illusion. For grenade explosions, smoke, running water or additional effects automatically reveal the illusion.
If someone is trying to chase the subject while the double image is moving in a different direction and they fail a Perception test (using spell Net Hits as a threshold), then that person chases the illusion. Every (Magician's Magic rating x 10) Meters, the pursuer can make another Perception test. The magician controls the movements of the illusion.
If the illusion inadvertently runs through a solid physical object, the chaser gains +5 to their Perception dice pool. Running through multiple objects in a single Combat Round adds 5 more dice per item.
Once the illusion is out of the magician's sight, it runs in a straight line for 200 meters, then disappears.
