Kindergarten Daily Learning Plan Week 10
Daily Announcements:
Reminder: NO more dance lessons
Monday news group - please upload your news to Seesaw.
Week 10 news - Talk about a local Australian animal that you see in your backyard or near your house. Draw a picture of that animal to show while you talk. Explain what type of animal it is and why you think it comes to your area. Talk about why you like the animal. We ask that videos be no longer than 30-40 seconds.
To complete today's activities, you will need:
workbook
pencils and pens
cup of dried pasta (any type)
household objects for pasta maths activity

Phonics

Watch the introduction to 'ch' video by Mr Pavich. You will need a whiteboard and marker (or paper and pencil).
Watch the the fun music video on the second Seesaw activity and complete the activity for some extra practice with the 'ch' phoneme.
Reading

This week is ‘choose-your-own-book’ week!
Pick a book from SPELD website, your PM eCollection library or a book at your reading level from anywhere else.
You might choose to reread some old favourites or a discover adventures in a new story.
Maths

In Term 3 we have practised many skills. We have practised addition, making equal groups, 2D shapes, length and many others. You can revise all these skills today and all you need is a cup of pasta!
