Progeny of Intellect
I’m an idea nobody knew
Copying I eschew
You can definitely sue
If I’m not new
Ever since you were aboriginal
I’m Sometimes fictional
Sometimes mythical
But I’m always original
I was born as a spark
On an endless journey I want to embark
Make me your mark
And I’ll shine even in dark
Secret if you keep
And hide me deep
Many rewards you’ll reap
But don’t allow anyone to peep
Many treasures you’ll collect
If you treat me with respect
I may not be perfect
But I’m the progeny of your own intellect
I’m not peculiar to any race
I hate being confined to a limited space
I want to travel to every place
But throw me if I don’t have a human face
