ECC Releasable Abseil

Instead of creating an anchor point with the abseil rope tied around the anchor bar like the IKEA guide for Ubin, clip both steel carabiners directly into the MET structure anchor point. In the image above, white rope is the abseil rope, attached with a munter mule on the steel carabiner. 

Red rope is the belay rope, attached to the steel carabiner with a figure of 8 on a bight.

Watch out: The abseil rope should not go under the green beam like the red dotted line. Instead, abseil rope should go over both the round and the green beams like the blue dash, direct from the MET structure anchor point, hanging over the round beam then dropping to the ground. 

Ensure about 2m of safety excess on the ground. Stopper knot not necessary
