This sample Cutter Lesson timeline is only meant to be a guide and non-exhaustive. It is not meant to override the programme prescribed by PD. Vary it yourself if it does not suit your lesson plan and pacing.
Other variations include covering knots & lashing on D1, only hoist sails on D3 onwards (focus on rowing to D2), berthing to load/unload, amongst many others. Suit what you may and may the winds be with you.

2000 Screen videos & lesson on points of sail
2100 Night circle & finish packing
2230 Sleep in bunk

0700 Clear bunk, carry logs down
0715 Breakfast & logs check
0800 Cutter logs checks, RHIB & engine
0900 Float test
0915 Load cutter (via SP - get SB help to return killswitch?/ RHIB/ berth cutter)
Scrub the decks, empty the bilge
1000 Cutter fam, stow logs
1030 Knots lesson (Reef, OXXO), tie off loose items
1100 Rigging
Mizzen: demo mizzen sheet rigging, bowline, practice
Jib: rig then tie off; prep anchor and measure length
Main: insert peak into dip line side of gaff; check reef knots
1200 Lunch
1230 Rowing practice (forward, reverse, turn left & right)
1245 Cast off on oars (inform Ops Room when casted off)
Hoist sails to practice tack/gybe maneuvers, pax as helmsmen
Lower and stash sails for anchoring
1430 Anchor on oars (inform Ops Room when anchored)
1500 Offload to C2
Offload: tents, sea ex box, dinner & cooking eqp, breakfast,
Offload: shower & sleep dry bags, bottles & jerry cans
Leave on board: sails, rope bag, shelter, happy food, full jerry cans
1600 C2 matters (shower/pitch tents/cook etc)

0700 Morning circle
0730 Load cutter
0800 Rig sails
0830 Cast off (on oars/engine, inform Ops Room when casted off)
Pax to take over command
Practice maneuvers, competition
Play games on board (LINK HERE)
1430 Anchor (on oars/engine, inform Ops Room when anchored)
1500 Offload logs (still need to offload tents, in case cannot SOB)
1600 Shower/cook
1930 Transfer logs back to cutter (inform Ops Room when all on board)
2100 Night circle on board

0830 Cast off (on oars/engine, inform Ops Room when casted off)
1300 Moor off at C1 (Or berth to offload logs first)
