ECC IC & RTC to Bus Bay

Day 1:

1. Take attendance of instructors at ECC and report to Duty LI

2. Liaise with MA to control bus movement at Bus Bay area. Keep participants in the bus until OBS Staff is positioned to inpro and usher gives green light to proceed.

3. To update Ops Room & PM once Inpro/Outpro of ECC course is done

4. The liaison with PM and HOTO with teachers for Day 1 outpro and  Day 2 Inpro

5. To take ECC’s watch photos on D1 and upload by 3pm

6. To collect and counter-check on nominal rolls on Day 1 and keep in metal cabinet in ECC Outpost.

7. To receive certs (D1 of first MOC course of the week for both MOC in the same week) & photos (D2) from vendor, and slot them into folders.

8. To collect extra food rations and separate them according to MRE/Dry Biscuits AND Bread/Fruits in the Toyogo box prepared at campus by Team 14.
   By Friday, if no one consumes the bread/fruit, to throw them away. 

9. To inform H/LI (T) Jaz after every MOC course, in an effort to collect data on these issued items:
   - Extra buff and sleeves issued per course
   - Number of buff and sleeves thrown away or unwanted per course

Day 2:

1. Head into Camp 1 at 0815 boat

Usher and Runner at ECC Concourse

Usher

1. Liaise with RTC in Bus Bay to allow more pax to alight during inpro.

2. To inform Teacher to report to the PM (on Day 1) or ECC IC (on Day 2) after taking temperature.

3. Usher pax to the buses at Outpro.

Runner for PM (at MPH or Learning Rooms on rainy days)

1. Ensure number tags are placed and pax are allocated properly at MPH/Learning Rooms.

2. Receive and manage participants at MPH/Learning Rooms in their respective watches while waiting for all pax to arrive at inpro or waiting for bus & teacher at outpro.

3. To send/look for pax with medical condition between PM and MPH.

Thermal Scanner IC & Isolation IC (ECC)

Ensure the thermal scanner stations are set up by ECC MAs. Otherwise, help to set up.

Instr #1:

1. To ensure that all participants clear temperature-taking. Bring participant to holding area and rest for 10 minutes before 2nd round of temperature-taking. If participant fails temperature-taking again, direct participant to isolation area and inform MST and PM.

2. Instruct pax to head to MPH/Learning Rooms once all medical issue of the class has been highlighted.
