Tom Fox

Tom was born in North Vancouver and attended Ridgeway Elementary and North Vancouver High School before graduating from UBC with a BA/Science (Anthropology) and and M.Ed (Administration) and from the COTC (Officer's Training Programme). He was a highly respected teacher and school principal in North Vancouver and with the Department of National Defense in Germany.

Tom was and is active with community organizations. He chaired the North Shore Safety Council and the Melody Point Community Association. He served with distinction for more than twenty-five years as a Director on the Board of the North Vancouver High School Education Foundation. He is interested in History and has written magazine articles on the subject. Tom is an avid gardener and do-it-yourselfer.

He is married, with three children and eight grandchildren.
