Junior Assistant Professor: Yusuke Nakamura

Jr. Assis. Prof. Nakamura researches urban heat islands and thermal environment within urban canopy. He belongs to the Division of Environmental Dynamics and Prediction the Center for Research in Isotopes and Environmental Dynamics and is an expert of meteorologiccal observations. He also works on applied studies about measurement and improvement of thermal comfort with utilizing the thermal indexes, which is calculated to observe temperature, humidity, sunlight, and winds.
