One who travels in a manner - as I told him explicitly - that brazenly desecrates the Shabbos, and as such makes kiddush there on wine which belongs to the owner of a cruise ship which travels in violation of the Shabbos publicly, such wine is prohibited to be drunk (and any supervision would be useless as the prohibition of wine owned by a brazen Shabbos violater is unrelated to it having been touched by a non-Jew). Additionally, many Sages maintain even if the wine is "double sealed" it does not prevent this prohibition as the wine was disqualified from being drunk.
