בעת רצון יזכירוהו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע להמצטרך לו ולכל אלה שכותב אודותם וכן ע"ד המכשול שהי' אף כי בשוגג, ומובן שהתקון צ"ל באותו הענין, ז.א. זהירות ודיוק בעניני אכילה ושתי' שתהי' כדבעי, וכיון שלכל דבר צריכים לסייעתא דשמיא, הנה בכל יום חול קודם תפלת הבקר יפריש איזה פרוטות לצדקה, ואחר התפלה בכל יום גם בשבת ויום טוב יאמר לכל הפחות מזמור אחד תהלים. בברכה לבשו"ט

At an auspicious moment I will mention you at the resting place of the Previous Rebbe for all that you need, and for the needs of all those about whom you have written, and about the issue of which you wrote although it was by accident. Understandably, a corrective has to be of the same category as the issue, i.e. scrupulous caution that all food and drink be proper. Since in all matters one needs Heavenly help, every weekday prior to morning prayer you should designate a few coins for charity and after davening each day, including Shabbos and Yom Tov, recite at least one chapter of Psalms.
