Frozen Fruits and Vegetables Guide:

Non bug sensitive fruits:
Any frozen cut up fruits without any kosher sensitive additives are acceptable to use without a reliable hashgacha unless it is from China or Israel. Sugar, ascorbic acid and/or citric acid aren’t an issue.
Non bug sensitive vegetables:
Any frozen cut up raw vegetables without any kosher sensitive additives are acceptable to use without a reliable hashgacha unless it is from China or Israel. Ascorbic acid and/or citric acid aren’t an issue.
Non organic Bug sensitive fruits:
Any frozen cut up fruits without any kosher sensitive additives are acceptable to use without a reliable hashgacha unless it is from China or Israel. Can only be used if puréed very finely. Washing/ Checking frozen produce isn’t practical and therefore cannot be eaten whole.
Sugar, ascorbic acid and/or citric acid aren’t an issue.
